Even though Google lists this place it doesn't tell you that you have to be a certified hairdresser to be a customer. I drove here because I needed a misting hair spray that sprays water for naturally curly hair. They wouldn't let me buy it because I'm not a certified stylist. If it had to do with chemicals I would understand. I tried to get some customers to get it for me but they were afraid of getting in trouble. Stupid.

They have all the things a buetitian would ever need! You need a licence to be able to get the club card, which you need to shop here.

Right now they are out of a lot of products so I had to go to the other store but they offer a good variety. I like the Joico products and Its a 10 but that day they were out of just about everything

When my daughters and I walked into CosmoProf. The staffed just looked at us, with no greeting of any kind. And when my daughter asked about a price on a hand lotion the response was we had to have a hair license to buy anything out of there. Unfortunately we felt that there action or non action toward us was because we were woman of color.... Just SMH..... We of color are going nowhere and if a business does not want our money because of the color of our skin then OK?????, but so ???

Only doing curbside pickup today and tomorrow but yet they never bothered to put anything on their website notifing ppl of this. Watched 8 customers walk away not including myself this morning because of this. Dont complain you need the business and when you actually have it, turn it away. Youre lucky you even have it considering your nasty to ppl when they come in.
