Awesome customer service, knowledgeable about products; helped me with my vape stuff since Im new at all of it; this guy will help you pick out your vape juice flavor and answer any question you have. They take their time with you and the experience is always great! Love this place!!!!

The guy at the clerk Stand was very helpful explaining to me the differences between the nicotine salt vape juice and the regular vape juice. Thanks for helping me pick out which strawberry flavored juice was the most popular!

You never know how great a place is until something goes wrong, and this is when Colorado Bound shines. I got a vape from them and it did not work correctly. I went back up and no questions asked gave me a new vape. I didn’t have the box on me and instead of saying I need the box, the owner simply said swing it by when you have a chance. It is customer service like this that will have me coming back.

Craig is very knowledgeable. Any staff I've encountered has always been helpful and friendly. They carry quality products and will educate you on the proper use. Ive been going there off and on for years. I highly recommend this shop.

I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to vaping except that I need to charge my batteries, change the coil when it tastes weird, and fluid goes in the top. That said, these guys always take the time to educate me, make recommendations based upon my needs, and are very laid back about it. You won't find their full product selection online, but the store itself is comfortable as is the atmosphere. They even let me dispose of my old Snowwolf mini there.

I was calling around looking for a specific product that is no longer sold in the area. The owner immediately displayed his knowledge and educated me on what I was looking for. I decided to visit his store based off of that conversation alone. I came home and started looking at the reviews of others that posted on here; they all hit the mark. Can't say I've ever written a review before on here, but I definitely enjoyed writing this one.
