Waited so long for this to be local, and I’m planning to drive the next town over if the craving strikes me again. No line at 12pm says it all. Not busy but the preparation of the food has been getting worse. Burrito bowl is a puddle and guacamole is brown. Black stuff all over quesadillas. Save yourself the disappointment for $40 and go elsewhere.

Skimpy portions - I realize that times are tight but you shouldn't have to ask for an actual serving of everything. They also screwed up our recent group previously - none of the items were right. Avoid this location like the plague.

I arrived at the store at 10:40 , it was myself and three other patrons. I know the store opens at 10:45 , but when you have 4 people sitting down in the eating area looking at the people outside I don’t understand. It was so unprofessional that could have been a hundred more dollars added to the toll of the register. Service was terrible I wanted double check and he says it a charge . Awww yeah I do eat from chipotle regular but not here I won’t , nor my coworkers with me . He was unprofessional.

Messed my order add sour cream when i am allergic to dairy and on the top of that they missed my chips on side. My bowl had only 4 pieces of chicken. I live like 15 min drive from there i can’t return it .

I work nearby and get lunch here often. 5/5 customer service, quality, and professionalism. So glad they opened. Best food nearby

Ordered online at 2 pm today. Literally no one else in this Chipotle so they were not busy, no excuse really to get the order so wrong. I ordered a wholesome bowl, so a salad. They didn’t even give me any greens. I asked for light rice, extra veggies. Most of this bowl is rice.

Absolutely terrible experience! I wasn’t able to order a quesadilla for my wife because they said you can only do it online, so stupid. Terrible customer service, and I will never return to this

The only bad Chipotle I have been to. Small portions of everything and cold meat. Not what you should ever expect for a $50 carry out.

I get the impression that most of the employees have never worked in food before as they tend to slop the food when serving and sometimes have trouble keeping the food bar clean. But this seems to be slowly improving.This location usually has the freshest salad dressing of any location in the surrounding areas which is a huge plus for me.This location did help clarify the additional charge for extra sides which other locations will try to charge without fully understanding it...if you order three extras (in the side cups) there's a charge. I've run into this issue with other locations when trying to ask for a third salad dressing, because most locations do not measure and you'll get a dressing container with a thimble of dressing in it. Point is there is a 2 dressing limit when you order a salad, requesting a third puts you at qty 1 extra, since the first two are included, and you should not be charged as if you have 3 extras. I appreciated them taking the time to explain this, and appreciate it even more that the dressing is usually fresh and decently poured.Atmosphere is only a three because its a small location with indoor seating that I'd never actually want to use for dining...too close to the people in line and ordering. Outdoor seating is nice though.

My tummy hurt this morning doesn't seem like a very well/ maintained for it being a newer restaurant staff are friendly but product suffers due to thier being a lack of management on food quality definitely reconsidering going back and it's close to me smh

There’s a rude manager named David. I ordered here a few days ago and he was very rude and told me I can eat else where if I didn’t like how they handle things there. Some of the workers were nice but David and some of the other workers were extremely rude. The small portions they gave me for my bowl were crazy. The chips were very salty. I complained to him about it and that’s when he told me I can eat else where. This is unacceptable especially for a place to be ran by him.

The location is great, staff is ok, but the portions are unbelievably small. This location is the more expensive than Severna Park and the other Pasadena location, but the amount meat given is less than 1/2 a serving, you have to ask for more of literally everything. And forget about online or chipotlane, you will never get enough food despite order specifications. So very sad about this, as I'm sure are many people in Pasadena considering how long we have waited for this Chipotle. Just give us our money's worth.

This location is in such a great area and had the potential to be highly successful. However, not all Chipotle's are created equal. This location has sub par customer service, inadequately small portion sizes (for instance ordered a side of guacamole and cup was just about half full), and overall taste is fair. I have tried several times without any improvement. Despite the convenience of this location, I will not be returning. I would much rather drive a few minutes away to another location.
