As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I am always a bit apprehensive about taking my vehicle in for repairs. However, my experience with Chesapeake Car Care has been nothing short of exceptional.
The employees are incredibly personable and take the time to explain everything to me in a way that is easy to understand. They go above and beyond to tell me what needs to be done, what the priorities are, and what can wait. This transparency and honesty have earned my trust completely.
Yesterday, I brought in my van, told them my concerns, and they took excellent care of it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Chesapeake Car Care has truly become my go-to repair shop in Pasadena. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and friendly car care!

I moved to MD in 2017. Knew no one. Found Chesapeake Car Care on Google maps.
Ryan is the GEM of this place. And the reason I only take my vehicle to them.
They price reasonably. Never have I had sticker shock & if they can't do the job, Ryan gladly refers you to someone who can.
They're a quiet gem in Pasadena. And I highly recommend them!

Took my car here for the first time a few weeks back. The communication from them was great. My car has been having issues overheating and shaking. They were able to correct it for a decent price and told us work that may be needed later on down the road, but were quick to tell us honestly to wait until the work is needed because it wasn’t needed just yet.

We needed a windshield replaced on a truck. We originally took it to a large national competitor, who refused to do the work. Although they didn't do it in house, they recommended a wonderful gentleman who came and did an awesome job replacing the windshield. We also had to get an inspection order taken care of afterwards, which they took care of as well. Will definitely use their services in the future.
