I have using Bob's since they relocated to Pasadena. Nice to have a local, honest and price competitive auto service locally. Bob, and they lady who works the counter are extremely friendly and down to earth. I have never been "upsold" if something is not wrong they tell you. I will keep coming back.

Nice people I guess, but charged me $32 for a nut to go on my sway bar. THAT WAS ALL I GOT, NOTHING ELSE WAS DONE. I'm sure it's because I'm a woman and they took advantage of that thinking I was stupid.

My car was vibrating on idle and I took it to Bob’s at 8 am. They took the car, told me they would take care of it. They call me 2 hours later, telling me the cause of the shaking was a faulty engine mount and the repair would cost $300. I agreed, and I get to the place at 3 pm, they said ALL of my engine mounts are faulty and need to be replaced but they said most of the vibration was gone from just replacing one. I gave them the money, got in the car, drove, and the vibration was still there. When I called them about it, they said they didn’t have time to replace the rest of the mounts, and it would actually cost even more to replace the others. An engine mount is a rubber gasket that doesn’t take that much time to replace, so they probably shoved my car to the side because someone else came in with a more expensive repair. So now I was robbed $300, my car is still vibrating, and they tell me to come back, so they can take a look again. Should’ve done it right away guys. Do not go to fix your car here, place is a rip off!

I worked for bob when I was in high school, left to the military and came back to learn the ropes and have had my Annaptown Imports business for 30 years, all i can say is the values i learned and skills Bob taught me have been with me since then, honesty, forthright, and knowledge.Hés a good person, honest mechanic , he and I have seen most everything motorcycle, boat or car related and figured it out. Keep up the great work .
