The one star rating is for their terrible shopping carts. EVERY,SINGLE time i come here, it's impossible to find a "normal" functioning shopping cart that doesn't have the wheels falling off, rattling-hard, pulling hard to the left, pulling hard to the right. Spend some of that membership you collect every year and update these crap shopping carts.

Service with a Smile
Madison and Tyler, you, two, were just awesome during our recent visit to your store. Madison saw there was a need to move the line before it had begun to build up and Tyler was eagerly ready and available to assist the next customer in line which just happened to be us. It was a pleasure to interact with them both. Keep up the good work Madison and Tyler. You give your customers a reason to shop at your location. Look forward to seeing you both again soon.

I don’t know how often they check the drivability of their shopping carts, but I got one that kept steering to the right and i had to fight to steer it straight. It was the worst! Please check these carts periodically. It shouldn’t be a workout. I ended up leaving the store before i was finished with my list

someone who answers the phone who does curbside pick-up. Around 230 today. Wanted to be rude when my wife called about her order telling her to download the app when we never had a problem before just calling. Then hung up on her. Afterwards she deleted stuff off her phone to make room to download the app. Come to find out she didn't check her in. This person is REAL lucky it was my soft spoken wife and not me. If this is the treatment were going to receive, we'll get a Costco membership and spend our money there. Bj's wanna make it right take my name an cross it with my membership. If not, that's OK too. I'm sure my money will be wanted somewhere with better customer service.

The staff at this store are nice! I give it 4 stars because the carts are so in need of replacing. It would be nice if the self check outs were all clearly marked which ones accept cash b4 you walk up to it...sometimes signs are there...sometimes not.

Wear a biohazard suit to the bathrooms, they are vomit inducing. Not kept at all. Staff are ok, no need to show your membership to get in, just your reciept on the way out

Could have been better. These are four "brand new " tires! You cannot tell because they were not wiped down after installation. This is terrible. The customer service representative in the club was very nice and is actively trying to help me! However this is still unacceptable and they need to clean or replace. The representative in the tire depot obviously needs help..he looks tired. I will be calling back in the morning!

Decent location open parking lot. Seems to be more of a bring your own cart back if you want to use one. The in shopping app works great.

Horrible experience at the bopic station on Saturday March 9th. Absolutely no help at all! Waited for 45+ minutes while a man working kept telling me my order hadn’t been started yet! He looked like he was going to have a nervous breakdown. I feel bad because it’s not the employees fault their boss won’t give them the help they need. BJ’s has a lot of revenue, it should perform better

I went to the optical department to buy glasses. I already had a prescription, so I just needed frames and lenses. The employee helped me find two pairs of inexpensive frames, which allows me to afford progressive, Transitions lenses. The glasses are made very well. I'd recommend BJs Optical.

My regular store is at 8139 governor Ritchie, hiway, Pasadena, md, I have been so impressed with the customer service I receive. As a recovery stroke Patient. Your store help, Mr. Garrett has been very kind to offer me help to wheel my cart with 2 cases of water as he notices me struggling to get to cashier, has helped me clear that process and get my purchase into my car. This has been phenomenal assistance. Great staff.Thank you.Ed. Igbokwe.
