Tried to buy a bag of ice with my credit card. I was charged for 2 bags. I asked for a refund on the second bag as i only needed one. Cashier said refunds on credit card was not possible. Find it hard to believe that to be true. Very shortsighted.

This 711 would not uphold to the 711 promotion of getting your first refill free upon purchasing the XXL thermal cup even though the cup was still in the wrapper with a receipt of the purchase from another 711. I explained I bought it and didn't want the soda at the time and was told I could get it later mind you I've done it before at another 711 with the smaller one because they didn't have the larger one. It doesn't matter if they are a separate franchise owner they must uphold to 711 policy's

Excellent 7 Eleven. Always clean, everyone who works there is really nice, and they never hesitate to tell me ways I can save money (like if I have 2 of something that would cost $5 together, but there's a special running where you get 3 for $4)

I love this 7-11...they have great variety of coffee and cream flavors and everyone who works there is so nice. They always say hello and smile! It is also very clean!

Going down down down...not so clean anymore. Hate the creamer well. I would rather have the big creamer machines. Hate plastic stirrers, bring back the wooden ones (the turtles would be happy for those too), I often have to buy 1/2 and 1/2 and the use it in my coffee. And wth...with the stupid spinning coffee cup top holder?? It's been a slow decline since the new people and staff got there. No feeling of the neighborhood corner store anymore.....may dunkin will open earlier......
