I've been here 3 times now, every time they have been very helpful. I don't know much about Vape but they helped me get a vape that would work with my stuff from the depo. Very nice and patient with me, They are awesome.

I can’t wait to actually stop and shop this place. I did however, chat extensively with one of the salespeople Nicholas on a Sunday morning, who educated me quite a bit on my Salt Nic juices and nicotine levels. Nick was very knowledgeable and super super pleasant; it sure would be excellent if you could get this kind of service every time you were trying to get info from a salesperson.Thank you Nick, I will DEFINITELY be referring friends your way ?

Service is great and they carry charlie noble, which is the only vape juice I use. The issue is that twice now I have arrived during posted business hours to find the door locked and the store deserted.I drive 20 minutes to patronize this shop and it's beyond frustrating to arrive and find it closed. ??

CONSISTENTLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EVERY LOCATION. I have been a loyal customer of Vape Dojo (Ellicott City) for about 8 years and today I made an emergency stop in to the Parkville location for a new device and the gentleman at the counter could not have been any more helpful, patient or kind. This brand of customer care and their great ejuice is why I stay.

06/01/22- I called in the evening to see if they carried a device. unfortunately, they did not have the item I was looking for. The man I spoke to was incredibly helpful, he called other locations to see if they had what I looking for in stock. I just wanted to leave this review to Thank the person working. Having good customer service makes a huge impact. I will be returning to this location. thank you!
