The woman that helped me was very courteous and professional. She really knows her stuff and turned me on to smoke kanthal coil when I was getting the v8 ones that light up. She's right, these are way better and blow clouds! Thanks again!

I walked into The Vapers Edge in April 2014 after 45 years of smoking, bought a basic vape, and never had another cigarette. Like the Righteous Dude he is Ron gently took me to school that day on vaping - both pros and cons - and I've been a loyal customer and friend ever since. The store, unlike what one of the few silly negative reviews says, is creatively decorated and welcoming. When I need to re-up on fluid I just tell Wendy "the usual"...straight tobacco-flavored Gen 7, reasonably priced. If Ron is in we'll talk about concerts we've seen, public policy regarding vape safety, business ethics, and Ravens vs Steelers (my team, and he don't judge). If we're chatting and another customer comes in he's right there to help them and our conversation is on hold until they're taken care of.It's great to have a purveyor of goods and services to which I am completely loyal. You will be too.

Bought a lot from here and at first they were helpful until with in a month they all began to break went back and on a hundred dollar product (2) and no help they are terrible!!!!! I bought an item with a lifetime warranty and because the company that sold it to the store did not replace it with another item yet the store chose to do nothing about the issue. So I was out of 100 and some dollars for a mod that lasted not even a month! This was becoming one of my normal stores to weekly go by at least 2 to 3 different juices along with other Accessories but, I will no longer be going back. Matter of fact they’ve made vaping more of an issue than a help.

I'm honestly not a huge fan of this store and I really wish that weren't the case. Given it's convenient location, ease of parking, and super friendly & knowledgable gentleman that owns/operates the store, I'd LOVE to make this my "go-to" vape store. Several issues with the store prevent that though. The first being the appearance, layout, and general design/function of the retail space. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed the ugly beigy brown paint job that kinda struck me as a sort of tobacco stained tan color...odd choice for a vape shop I thought.

Ron is awesome! He is passionate about vape ethics, and quality. I bought a knock off cartridge from another store and he explained that some shops knock off the brand I have. He is also an activist for safe tobacco alternatives. Vapers Edge is the place to go.
