WARNING: NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS. I’m surprised this place is even a licensed Nike retailer. I purchased a pair of Nike shoes here and they started coming apart at the seams within 2 weeks of light wear, seemingly a manufacturing defect. I tried to return in store, with the receipt and everything, within 30 days and they refused, saying they would only take a return if the shoes had not been worn at all. They told me to contact Nike support online - Nike told me to return to the store. It was a useless back and forth. Seems like a scam.—————
8/8/24 Update: The scam continues. As required, I went to the post office, waited in line, purchased packaging and paid $12 for shipping to mail the shoes to Nike in pursuit of a refund (Neither Snipes nor Nike covers the shipping cost). I received an email from Nike a week later, saying a Product Voucher is coming in the mail. I called Nike customer service to explain that I don’t want a product voucher, I want my money back. The service rep on the phone repeated again and again, it’s impossible, they don’t give refunds on products purchased from a Non-Nike retailer (Snipes). I asked if they would would work with Snipes to give a customer a refund for a defective product; they would not. $160 down the drain.

Totally disappointed ? the representative took all of my information placed my order yet I have no update. Customer Service asked me for my information which I supplied and I have no response. Nevertheless there is no Customer Service number to reach anyone ? And no one but the manager can help you at the store. I am tired of this generation of people that are just stuck in the position that they are in without trying to move forward or knowing more. ? I am afraid to ask for a refund because they can't even find the order. This is ridiculous ?

The reason I give this a two stars is because of the manager that runs that store his name is “Ty”. He’s very rude and aggressive. Now the associates that work for him is very sweet and helpful. They are the only reason that I’m giving it any stars. I came into the store to exchange my daughters back to school shoes for a size bigger. The problem was that the associate that rung me up on July 22, 2023 no longer works there and he never put a receipt in my bag. He also didn't ask for my email I was so distracted that day with my kids taking them shopping for school I didn't notice. So I went into the store today August 9, 2023 because that's when I had my daughter try on all her stuff because she had just came back from spending some time with her dad.The shoes were a little too snug for her. I looked in the box and in the bag there was no receipt. So I called the store and asked them what will the process be if an associate never gave me a receipt. They told me all I had to do was show them the transaction in my bank account and they can pull it that way cause it shows the time and date and what I spent. I get there and it's a whole different story.Everyone is looking confused like I didn't just talk to them.The manager comes out I started walking towards him he vells out " I don't know why you walking over here my answer is the same NO!" I've never been treated so poorly in a retail store in my life. Now I'm stuck with shoes that my daughter can't fit and she has no shoes for school. I am a single struggling mother trying to make ends meet. This experience I had today with SNIPES I will never recommend this store to anyone.

The store closes at 9 but don’t go at the last minute, I walked in at 8:55pm and was told they were closed….but I’m inside tho.

I ordered this item long before they were out of stock online and to send an email and ask for a status the first assistant told me that my item was on the way and I should receive a shipping order soon. I never did! So I called again and set on the phone for a long time just to hear another assistant tell me she has to call the warehouse and call me back . Then I receive emails saying the sneakers was out of stock a few days before Christmas. I will never order from this place again. Unprofessional and unorganized!
