I bought a box yesterday that supposedly contained an inflatable Santa and inflatable rings to toss on the Santa hat. When I got it home, there was no Santa in the box. I just tried to return it and I know that they only allow exchanges, I chose my exchange. They refused- Policy! I have been donating and shopping at Savers since they opened. I will never go back and make it known to all my friends to stay away! I live 1.5 miles and have a lot of friends that have been donating and buying for years. IT IS EXTREMELY POOR TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS! GO TO ARNOLIA THRIFT SHOP OR GOODWILL INSTEAD. I have my own business and would never be so rude a customer. Julie McClellan

Really wanted to like this place as they had some cool finds! I went yesterday to rack up on winter stuff for my 6 kids and I. Only self checkout was open so I rung up $300 worth of stuff on my own. When it was time to pay I realized I had left my wallet at home and they didn’t take Apple Pay, the woman working there kindly told me they’d hold my cart for me until today and I said great I’ll be here tomorrow! Me and the kids were relieved because they found some cool toys too. This morning I called to let them know what time I’m coming, and the guy on the phone said great, it’ll be here, I see your cart and I’ll let everyone know. Half an hour later I get a phone call that they won’t hold my items and are putting it back on the floor no real reason. I even stated wow that seems more work for you all to have to put everything back on hangers and on the floor rather than wait an hour for me to pick up. The woman on the phone didn’t really care or try to work with me. I’ve worked as a manager in customer service over 10 years and I can’t believe how unprofessional this establishment is. I’m a long time customer with rewards and often bring items to donate so this really put a bad taste in my mouth. Conflicting information then rather than accept that the customer is always right in this case they threw away $300, future business and donations. I wonder how corporate would feel about that.

Bro this place is actually amazing no joke all the outfits I got here ate and left no crumbs. It’s cheap, and very confusing on labels but that adds to the fun as it makes it more like a treasure hunt. You never know what your gonna get just like for rust Gump saided. I got a gambeoy here for cheap! And cloathes. Tbh great employees very nice and kind and helpful. I only shop here no where else I’m not kidding

When my friend and I were checking out, Sterling, who works for Savers, was incredibly helpful. Both of us had not visited this business in a while. Simply because of their hospitality, I would return.

We had a great time at Savers yesterday. One star off because there don't seem to be any fitting rooms. There were several women trying on clothes in the aisles. They must have shopped here before, because they had on appropriate under-things so they weren't scandalous. I was not as prepared, and didn't feel comfortable stripping down to my bra to try on some dresses. Happily, when I returned home and tried them on, all five dresses fit.It was quite crowded for the middle of the day on a Thursday. It took us about a half hour to gain access to the small wall section of CDs, and then it wasn't worth all that effort. My mom had the best time looking through the junk section, and came away with several Christmas themed tins for cookies and other sweets she tends to give as gifts this year. She also managed to find three long-sleeved shirts that were just perfect for her.I recommend looking through the mens short sleeve shirts section for all the graphic tees. We found a marvelous shirt about Mickey's Bar Mitzvah being a "rocking good time," as well as a yellow shirt with Deadpool and tacos on it. I found a Roadrunner shirt, and an adorable "Y'all mean All" ringer tee.I can't decide if I like this store more than Prime Thrift in Edgewood (1955 Pulaski Hwy, Edgewood, MD 21040). They're both highly entertaining, and chock-full of treasures. Would recommend both.

I usually love this store and most of the workers there are helpful and kind. Today I had a bad experience at the donation center. I was not aware that you MUST drive through it, which is not posted anywhere. I understand being corrected on that and that is fine, however the attendant yelled at me as I walked up with a donation (the line was going to the other side of the parking lot initially) and told me that I'm causing him to be unable to do his job... then when I told him I didn't need any help, he continued to berate me and openly complain about me to other people that were donating while I stood there. I just wanted to put things in the bin....

Absolutely the best deal! If you bring a donation it’s tax deductible and you will get a 20% off coupon when you donate! They have a very wide selection of items and the customer service was super excellent.

Savers has some really good items. But seriously Savers and all these other second hand stores need to realize people aren't going to pay real store prices for USED CLOTHES.They actually price clothes according to the labels.Wow seriously they get the clothes for free and are putting department store prices on them.?!!

It's a scam. No dressing rooms. No returns. No gift card for the items exchanged. Same day exchanges only. They are banking on you to fail and they keep all your money or spend MORE when you come back for the exchange. There's a 14 day window to exchange, so good luck if you're a busy person who doesn't live nearby. Absolutely horrible business.

The workers are incredibly rude and unhelpful everytime i have tried to donate. they yell at customers and refuse to help unload cars, and then proceed to get angry at folks for putting things in the “wrong” spot without ever telling them where it goes. absolutely ridiculous.

I found a couple shirts that were stained and had holes in them priced at $9.... Then I gave my granddaughter $10 to come there with her pop-pop to buy some baby accessories for her real life size baby and she came home with a broken toy .... That they charged her $4 for a toy that I just had to throw away because it didn't have the pieces to hold it together... They literally sold her the two end pieces to a tummy time mat.... They sold her the two end arches but not the actual center of it that holds the two end pieces together... So literally just two broken pieces of a toy.... They should be ashamed of themselves honestly.

Not only is this store organized and stocked, it has the BEST employees! Ms Italy was the most helpful and polite and professional. I will be back again! Thanks Ms Italy ! You made my day.

I asked to see a bag in the locked case. While determining authenticity the employee made a racist comment about “the Chinese” and persisted that the bag was fake. The entire experience was really uncomfortable and she talked me out of purchasing the bag.

I love this store, but the bathroom is something that needs to be addressed . It’s disgusting! No toilet paper or soap. The toilets are filthy. This isn’t just a one time thing, this is the 3rd time I’ve encountered this. I hope it’s addressed soon.Returned 6/7/23 and it’s worse than last time. It’s urine all on the floor. It’s so bad and something needs to be done.

I love shopping at thrift shops. It's a much better deal for very similar deals- close to new. I really wish that the people in this demographic that I care so much about would have the resources that they need. Good luck to all the bargain hunters!
