The people did not compete my windshield install. Then they kept rescheduling me for an appointment to meet their schedule. When i called to confirm the appointment the ignorant person got smart so i hung up. These people are unprofessional, unorganized and this man with be installing glass the rest of his life because he has no people skills. Dont take your car to this location. They are rude and ignorant!

Impossible to get repair updates online or over the phone. Never get a real person when calling them even if you ask. But love the way they repair your glass in vechicle

We had a scheduled time for them to come out. Then they called the day of service and said they couldn't come out and that we would need to bring the car in because of "rain", the orignal time frame for them to come to us was before 3. They wanted us to come in at 4. We called back asking if we could bring it in sooner since our oringal time was between 12- 3 it was at this point the person said " if it's a time problem you can reschedule ". I feel they could have handled this differently considering it rained in my area just enough to get the ground wet which was hours before the scheduled time and then tried to make it sound like it was our fault for not timing it correctly. Maybe they had an off day or the person we spoke too was new. Either way we ended up going with a different windshield replacement company.

Russ the manager at this location is excellent with follow up and doing exactly what he said he’d do after my replacement went a bit sideways. Errors happen. That is absolutely fine. The follow up and doing the right this is essentially what matters most. Rely in this location for expert care for your windshield replacement with the assurance that if it’s not done right… all will be ok !

Very rude employee, he is the “ manager “ and I was trying to explain to him my situation and he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I hear so much good stuff about SL I will never recommend them ever.

This review is a little late, but this safelite deserved to be recognized. A pebble from a sweeper truck hit the windshield. The crack was big enough for repair so the windshield had to be replaced. No issues from setting appointment until job is finished. They worked with my insurance for the replacemenr

I put in to get my windshield in at least 2 month n no one have came yet or got in touch with me n I think that wasn't professional at all so I gave them one star but I have use them before that is y I wanted them
