Richa was so friendly and very knowledgeable about my brow threading service.
She had her work cut out for her since it had been a while since I last had my brows done and she knew exactly how to keep them thick, neat and give them a nice shape also.
I am so happy with my brows and will continue to come back. Thank you Richa!!!

I was looking for a new eyebrow place and saw some good reviews for Richa's on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I didn't make an appointment although they do take appointments online. I was a walk-in that day. When I arrived to the establishment there were no other customers. The shop was clean and well lit. I asked for brow service and was seated immediately. It took less than 10 minutes and my eyebrows looked amazing. She also filled in my eyebrows to add a tail as they are short, and I think that was a nice touch as I didn't ask for that. Richa mentioned some of the other services that they offer highlighting her brow customized brow tinting. I really appreciated the customer service and I will be returning.

Richa's is AWESOME! I was recommended here by my dentist's receptionist. Richa is amazingly warm and so nice! This was my first time getting my brows threaded, so I was prepared for a little pain. Richa was gentle and took her time. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I can't wait for my next appointment! The prices are affordable and you'll leave feeling clean and refreshed. Highly recommended! I should've taken pictures the first time, but I'll add them after my next visit!

She did a good job of threading my eyebrow but she behaved as if I wasn’t welcome. I was a first time customer and she didn’t ask me my name or strike a conversation however she was so friendly with the Caucasian lady and even asked her if it was her first time. She also gave her information regarding some online access. I like her service and it’s close to home but I will not give my hard earned cash to an unprofessional business.

This was my first time coming to Richas Threading Salon and I had an amazing experience. It had been a minute since I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded and Richa did an amazing job. She was so pleasant and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable during the appointment and let me know each step of the process during my eyebrow tinting. The hours are inconsistent. Drove here twice during different occasions and online it says the shop is open, google says it’s open and when I finally get here they are closed. It’s Tuesday at 1:10 pm according to the sign posted they are open but no one is here. Please call ahead of time to see if they are actually open and do not make the same mistake I did. Super frustrating.

Great with eyebrows but the worst and most painful waxing experience I’ve ever had. Had to switch wax ladies due to transportation issues and after months of consideration decided to give it a try here since she’s been doing a great job with my eyebrows for years. I don’t know if it was the wax the strips or the fact that she didn’t do the had on the area immediately after ripping the wax strip off but yea. I’ve never cried during a waxing experience not even my first time. I didn’t even let her finish the job just paid full price and left with wax still on my kewch.
