I side swiped my passenger door a few months back. I called a few local body shops near me. Doug from Rathell Motors was the only one who answered and was able to fit me in for a consult right away. He was very patient in answering all my questions and helped me through the insurance process. The work was completed before the estimated time line. Not to mention the door looks brand new. Thank you Doug and the Rathell Motors crew.

Brought my 2021 Silverado RST by for an estimate this morning. Doug was actively working on a repair but took time to step aside and look at my damage, he informed me that my repair would be lengthy and he could do it however it would take about 3 months to fix. No run around, sent me else where as it would take a long time to get to. I greatly appreciated the upfront honesty and gave me an understanding of what it would take to fix my damage. Gave me a few recommendations. Thanks for being honest and upfront!

My wife took her car for an estimate at the dealer it was over $1,000..Went over to Rathell MotorsThey didn't ask on job and the cost was around $400 go to a local body shop that does great work this is the place

Only good Body Shop in town - Had an insurance claim incident they handled everything. Very good quality of workmanship, can't tell an accident occurred at all.
