I just learned that my cat has seen every doctor in the practice, over the years. They all know what they are doing but, I'm happy I finally found Dr. Rachel Covey. You can tell that this is what she was born to do, and loves it.

Parkville Animal Hospital is the best! My cats can be very temperamental yet that never dictates the level of care they receive. They work with my schedule and they never suggest things that aren't necessary. I highly recommend them. Update: It has been a while since I wrote this and I am still extremely happy with Parkville. They really care about my fur babies, even during this crazy pandemic and I am very grateful. Super nice staff - vets and technicians alike - don't price gouge you - good place to entrust your furry family members! Pet and pet parent approved! So I'm on my 4th cat now and I still wouldn't go anywhere else. Jen, Sandy, and Kim and all the rest of the staff are wonderful people who truly care about the animals and the people they work worth. They are amazing!

Neko went in she felt as if she’s being going there for years but this was our first time. Everyone was very nice and they treated her for what I brought her in for not everything else that would have been unnecessary and would have Costed me a mint in the end thank you

Parkville Animal Hospital has done wonders for our dogs. They’ve been so gracious with our 80lb rescue that came with a history of trauma and anxiety. He has grown to love these doctors and techs to the point where he feels comfortable being around them.
Dr Jess was additionally able to diagnose my other dog with a rare disease (Addisons) and always refers to her as her little Addisonian :) I feel that the vets and vet techs have developed relationships with our dogs. The techs additionally are ALWAYS so gentle and understanding when our dogs are nervous.
When I call to make an appointment, they some how know exactly who my dogs are as if they are VIPs. I definitely give the kudos to Jess for being such a bright light at the front desk and excellent hospitality. We put all of our trust in Parkville Animal Hospital.

I’ve been taking my dog to this location since I rescued him four years ago. I may have a different expectation of animal hospitals than what is actually provided; I’m not sure but my experience today was very disheartening. I thought taking my dog to a hospital with a record of his health conditions would be easier if anything would happen to him in the future, but from my experience today, I don’t think being at one hospital makes the difference. My dog has a beef intolerance; so during his last visit in reference to this issue he was prescribed a medication for diarrhea as well as a bland diet which helped him 100% but the visit cost more than $300. So when he was given treats with beef by a friend we knew exactly what to do but when the bland diet wasn’t enough, I contacted Parkville Animal Hospital and let them know what happened. When speaking to the tech, I explained that I had just visited the hospital within the last 60 days due to my dogs allergies and spent over $500 so unfortunately I couldn’t afford another visit especially when I knew the cause of his issue. I then asked if it was possible to refill the prescription because the option is available on the PetDesk app, but I decided to call and the response given was we can’t do anything unless you bring him in. She didn’t ask his name to look up his history or anything just bring him in and acquire another bill. I wish more care was given in the response or more inquiry into my pets condition… I understand it’s a business but maybe show compassion.
