Nucci is an excellent salon in every way. They’re extremely clean, friendly, and skilled at what they do. I had Joey, who perfectly nailed the haircut I was looking for. My mom also came with me, and had her hair done by Sabrina, who took great care to learn my mom’s curl pattern and cut it accordingly. After visiting, I even received a thank you note in the mail! Great customer service!! The shop is the perfect size, and doesn’t feel busy, even though lots of people come in for various services. They even have a cute boutique stand inside! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I bought a Groupon for a foot massage at Nucci. On Groupon it says that you can use one Groupon per year at this establishment. However, Nucci will not honor more than one Groupon per person, forever. So once you use a Groupon there, you cannot use another one. I only wish I would've known this before I bought the Groupon. I think they could in the very least have offered to let me use that $34 toward another service but she offered me nothing.

Great service! Tracey, who did my pedicure did an amazing job and was so easy to talk to and open up to. Terrence, who did my massage (my first might I add) did an amazing job as well, it was a massage I didn’t know I needed until having it done. I would also like to add that when I told them this was a birthday gift, they immediately offered me a discount for my service, way less than I expected to pay. I recommend this spa/salon to anyone!

My new FAVORITE hair salon! Everyone is so incredibly friendly. Even the person I booked my appointment with was super nice and funny. My stylist Sabrina is incredible, she is very friendly and welcoming. Best experience I’ve had at a salon and my hair has never looked so good! Very affordable and worth every penny.

From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with the friendliest staff. They make me feel so good about myself! I absolutely adore this gem of a place. Tracey does the best job on my nails, she's thorough, professional and cares.
I book every 3 weeks for my nails and to feel so pampered.

Very clean and inviting, the staff is AMAZING. Got a facial last summer with them and knew I had to come back when I returned to Maryland from my travel job. Their techniques are so relaxing and everything feels professional. Went last night with my fiance and got an hour facial while he got an hour massage, then I got a half an hour massage (usually not a fan of massages but was pleasantly pleased) and my fiance got a facial. We both LOVED the experience and it was a super early valentines' day gift to each other because we'll be apart while I'm on a travel assignment.

Their customer service is awful!! This is second time I called them to check with services and scheduling appointment and the lady again put me on a hold saying she’s another connected line!!
The only person at this spa is Joey!! Who knows his job to be done with perfection and with excellent customer service…. I just hanged up the call since I’ve never they things to do… be mindful before you schedule with them… because of them my group on got expired since I couldn’t get availability to make appointment scheduled.

The hydrofacial is amazing! Evens out your skin tone and gets those nasty things that clog your pores and you still get a leg, neck, arm massage! Highly recommend it!
