The staff at this location are professional, they understand your vehicle concerns. They are attentive to finding a solution to your vehicle needs. I have been a customer of NTB for years, but this one is the best. I was able to get a last minute oil change and an answer for the check engine light beaming. Thank you NTB staff.

Kenny at front desk was friendly. however although I mentioned I am patient, I was there over 3 hours for oil change, tire rotation and brake light change. they weren't sure how to charge or input in system the bulb change. I watched several mechanics just walking around most of the time. heavy set white guy did nothing but walk around pulling up his pants. he clearly needs a belt. I have come here before and had satisfactory experience but not today. then on my receipt it says to return after 25 miles of driving to have tongue and bolts checked. I call and say what is this about cuz I'm heading on road trip, do I need to come back and they tell me, no you should be ok, we probably screwed bolts back in tightly. I would hope that's a standard practice. 75 dollars to replace brake lights which I provided is crazy. I don't think I will be back.

It’s one thing to mess up but it another when you own up to your mistakes. NTB, Scott specifically gave me a reimbursement on a mistake they made & he made the process easy and smooth with great communication. Mistakes happen, if they do see if they are sincere about their apology and see what they will do to fix the issue. NTB, you did good with this one.

An excellent group on Joppa rd! They took an appointment for an emergency tire replacement without much notice , and I received prompt , professional and courteous service. It alleviated the stress of my tire blowout..so grateful !

About a month ago, I stopped into the NTB at 1909 E. Joppa Road, without an appointment and with a tire light lit on my dashboard. This was the third time in as many weeks that this light had come on. Twice, I had the tires checked at another establishment, but the problem persisted and the light came back on. Scott could not have been more accommodating and assured me that he and his crew would get to the bottom of the problem. After inspecting each of the tires and not finding a leak, the team began checking the valve stems on each tire and were able to locate a problematic valve stem. The other tire establishment never took the time to check the valve stems on either of my previous visits. Within 30 minutes, my problem was fixed and Scott had me back on the road. My tire light has not come back on since. I cannot thank Scott enough for taking the time to truly solve the problem. I would absolutely recommend this NTB!

Went in for a an alignment spoke with Scott….. he took my and vehicle him and he’s guy took care of it . Got my car back driving perfectly fine now thanks NTB.
