Lady with long dark hair behind the counter was very rude. No eye contact and her face showed that she hate her job. I was being polite to correct her that amount was wrong. She was very rude and tried to said my math was wrong then blaming on machine was reading the check wrong. Because she didn’t even look at the screen therefore it’s not her fault. There was no apology whatsoever. Whole experience was so ridiculous. Will Never come back to this Bank of America again.

I spoke to AMANDA STEVENS today at the Perring Parkway, MD branch regarding a personal loan. Unfortunately BOA does not do them. However, Amanda didn't stop there with NO. She gave me some great alternative finance options. She was extremely helpful, kind and informative in many ways. When we are ready to proceed I will be sure to reach out to her first. She knows her stuff.

I attempted to make a business deposit at the Bank of America on Joppa Road in Parkville, MD. When I arrived there were multiple employees behind the counter with two waiting on one customer. No one acknowledged the growing line while two people tried to solve the customer's problem. Based on the people in line it was clear that my total wait time would be in excess of forty-five minutes. It was clear from the comments made by the employee I complained to that the other employees were doing some necessary 'procedure' and couldn't wait on customers until that was completed. Once again at Bank of America...Paperwork before People.

I went to Belair rd location they was not able to help me. They sent me to perring parkway location. Mariela and Stephanie was able to help me and they extremely helpful and polite

Ranuik (apologies if I misspelled) is an amazing employee..she explained everything so clearly, she empathized with my situation and gave amazing advice. Give this amazing woman a raise!! She deserves it.

I had a fantastic experience at Bank of America, thanks to Joseph! He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. Joseph was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. Highly recommend asking for Joseph if you need any help at Bank of America!

I am aware of the BOA system problem that is occuring 7/19/24 however I was in an emergency situation and even though they claimed there was nothing they could do to withdraw my money. The biggest issue that I have is how dismissive the teller and manager were. I was there around 9:20 a.m. I will not return to this location and after my experience will be changing banks. One moment of displaying empathy can make a significant impact. People have lost touch with the true definition of customer service.

Worst bank that I have ever had to deal with. I live in Florida and before I move, I purchased a cashiers check for my niece which they told me will never expire. Not that I tried to cash it for her. They tell me that it has been sent to the state and it’s been months since I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone in that bank to resolve this problem. I asked mrs. Hamilton to send me an email more than a month ago. She still hasn’t sent it and when I call they tell me she is not available and we will give her the message. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from that location.

This manager is absolutely horrible and never is organized in her approach to customer service what so ever. I’ve been a client for years and this is the worst location ever nasty attitudes exhausted workers and everyone here seems mistreated.
Always needs a appointment never can help with nothing and ever cares to help literally one lady laughed at me in my face when I asked for her help to process a money order back into my account saying it looked like play money and no one will take this money order seriously.
When I needed to get assistance with my moms estate they scheduled me with someone who didn’t even do estate accounts after I waited 1 whole week for this appointment.
Then when I wanted to open a account I thought management sent me to someone who could. She actually could not open the account and opened another one that I now have to close.

Don’t deserve any star. This is the worst Bank of America branch. None of the staff are friendly and welcoming. No matter what you ask for, they are busy and require an appointment. The only Bank of America branch I went to that requires an appointment for anything. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. The worst customer service and the worst branch or bank. ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE.

The worst worst customer service and no one seems to want to work there. No matter what you ask for the answer is always please make an appointment. What is the point of convenience if you can't do anything. Closed my account with this bank and rather go somewhere else who actually cares about their clients.
