“So walking in a few months ago I received a lot of help with great customer service from the young lady that assisted me I'm not that tech savvy she was very patient and great at explaining the difference in the quality of the phones I walked with a great phone I would definitely return again”
“I am a new customer with Verizon, and I purchased my phone and new service from this store a little over a month ago. Today, I was ready to cancel my service because I had been having some tech problems, and I could not figure out if it was my phone or the service, so I came back to the store for guidance. The representative that sold me the phone and signed me up for Verizon service, did not seem to care about helping me at all. He didn't even ask another Rep to help me. Just shrugged his shoulders.
I asked another Verizon Rep - Austin, at the store to assist me, Austin was great! He listened to me, he was patient, and he explained what the issue could be. Ultimately, he solved my problem. I honestly was a 5 minute drive from going back to T-Mobile, but thanks to Austin, and his willingness to take time to help me, my phone issue is resolved and I am still with Verizon.”
