My laptop has a monitor issue. I went to the knowledge service desk and I was faced with 2 options. Let's just say the guy helped me save some money and double check my laptop issue. All I needed was a monitor and now all is well.

It’s like being in a candy store, or like one of the giant department stores we used to have all over the place, but just with Tech items. There is a very wide selection of items, which is fantastic, But I think the best part about Micro Center is that all of the workers are knowledgeable about their inventory and are actually able & available to help you, unlike most stores today, where you can’t get help to save your life. At Micro Center, everyone is willing to help you. They will come up to you to make sure you have found what you are looking for & personally assist you immediately if you have not. You don’t have to wait for assistance, which makes for a much more enjoyable experience.

I’ll be honest, I was nervous to come here as a woman due to all the misogyny in the gaming community. I did not experience that at all when I went today to ask about a graphics card. They are very helpful and don’t try to up-sell or anything. I’ll be back!

I came in expecting the MicroCenter I remember. Instead, it’s uppity fashion nerds who can’t be bothered to spend more than 30 seconds to answer a question about an older laptop. The guy barely stopped walking as he answered. Haven’t felt so disregarded in a retail setting, probably, ever.

I've been going here for years for whenever I need some computer components or anything else tech related. It's always worth the 40m drive for the cheap and competitive prices you receive. All of the staff is always very friendly and willing to help. My understanding is they get paid off commission so whenever you buy something make sure someone is getting commission for it. Even if you don't have anything in mind you want to buy it's worth a visit, there's always something new and interesting.
