Management and staff were arguing with customers as others watched. They give you half your order and roll their eyes and walk away when you ask for the items missing. Perhaps if you packed the order with the condiments ordered and gave the drinks out people wouldn’t come up to the counter asking for assistance? My fries were nice and hot, but the cashier put the fries in the bag upside down. Extremely poor customer service. Ronald McDonald would be rolling over in his grave watching this location “serve” customers.

Did my order had a slight wait because the woman in front of me had a special order but the guy at the first window was so friendly and energetic I left with really good vibes. Don't know he name but that man needs a raise. He really knows how to talk to people and is fast and efficient at his job.

our food was brought out almost 10 mins after ordering, Almost handed to the wrong care. Food temp at this time wasn't even warm and the fries were half filled. Had to go back into the store because the forgot part of my order. Will not be ordering from this location again. This the the 3rd time we have been extremely displeased in our food from this restaurant and how the staff is.

I went to this location and thought I would good service. The nice lady took who took my order, advised her coworker I asked for a well done sausage on my sandwich and a fresh hash brown. I got the opposite. When I spoke up. A Spanish lady who I believe is a manager, took her employee side although he was wrong. She also said I can get out. Although her employee gave me the wrong order. She never said anything to this worker. I left. Can’t believe what happen in this type of area.

Everytime I come here. They're not taking orders. They have an excuse for everything. Employee told me they're taking orders due to shift change. What on earth does that have to do for ordering? It seems to me the they don't want to work. The McDonald's corporation needs to shut this location down due to their unprofessional attitude.

This location is always on point (at least for me). I've never had a bad experience at this particular McDonald's. The food is good, the service is welcoming and friendly.I usually go during the late evening hours, so that might play a part as well. Based off that, I'd definitely recommend this location to anybody looking to grab a quick bite on. The way home.

Customer service needs improvement. I was asked to pull up and my frappee would be brought out, as I waited 7 minutes later, I had to exit my car and go in. The person fixing it decided to fix another customers 4 frappees. That was not being considerate to me as a customer. Each customer should receive good service, my frappee sat and began to melt. This was only convenient for the person fixing it and the other order he was filling. If I chose not to move up and wait then that would have been selfish. You have to do better.

Getting my food is usually pretty fast here whenever going through the drive thru. My experience with the food has been pretty good so fast nothing has been cold or forgotten when bagged. The people running the window are always chill never rude.

I get breakfast from McDonald's at this location Sunday mornings. Always great. But recently I had to go in with my son vs drive thru. I asked for Coke Zero and they said they had it. When I went to the machine, they did not. Which means they have been likely giving me diet or regular this whole time. I think staff needs to listen a little better and properly inform their customers.*Update - Coke was flat and none of the hand sanitizer machines worked.

This is one of the absolutely most unprofessional locations I've ever visited in my 34 years on Earth. This company has some nerve to carry itself the way it does when they literally sale edible poison. Shame on every employee here and those above them who implement some of the policies it does. The corporation acts as if people have not been paying them for decades now at inflated rates at that. I honestly think McDonald's and the CEO who stole it from the original two brothers are a form of Satan.

I ordered a deluxe McCrispy meal, through the moble app. As I’m eating it, I know mold spots on the bottom of the bread. If I’m not mistaken, I’m pretty sure mold is unsafe to eat.
