This is my second time going to this specific location. The first time they fixed my lifted 2020 Doge Ram 1500 with a super quick turn around time back in 2021. This time they fixed my driver door frame on my 2011 Acura TL within 2days. The staff there is SUPER friendly & helpful. This location is AWESOME

Took my vehicle to this shop, they did a good job. It was vacuumed out an item was stolen from my vehicle. It meant a lot to me. I got a dumb response when I inquired about it. Make sure you take all things out of your vehicle before dropping it off. I have never had this happen before.

Scheduled a appt for the 25th(a month away) my tire went flat due to the damages from the accident. They took pictures and confirmed that it was due tot he accident and that it could be supplementedI asked my insurance could I possibly get payment for the replacement tire now because I have to wait a month to get my car repaired and all they asked was confirmation of the appt and that my tire will need to be replaced. The lady at the front test basically told me she couldn't help me. I cannclled my appt and have an earlier appt with a more reputable company.

Brand new 2022 Volvo XC-90 Recharge was rear ended. My local Volvo dealership frequently works with this repair shop, so I chose this shop instead of my insurance company's preferred shop. The part that I needed was rare (retractable tow hitch), and had to be shipped from Switzerland. The part took about 5 months to arrive, but the team at Maryland Collision Center kept me informed throughout the entire shipping process. As soon as the part arrived, they called me and I was able to bring my Volvo in immediately. They have a business relationship with the Enterprise car rental place down the street, and rental car people were there to meet me at the shop when I arrived. The repairs were completed in about a week, and they handled all communications with my insurance company. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The repairs and paint job were beautiful. They also washed the truck and cleaned the interior. It was like picking the truck up brand new off the lot! After I had already left the shop, I thought to check the retractable tow hitch and I discovered that the new bumper was prohibiting the tow hitch from fully extending outward. I called the shop, and they asked me to bring the truck back with no further questions! It only took them a couple of hours to fix the problem. No questions. No additional charge. And they were very friendly and apologetic for the oversight. This is a top notch team, and I highly recommend them for any of your body shop needs.Services: Painting

Everyone here was extremely nice and professional. Did amazing work! They will absolutely stand by their work even when there’s things out of their control, they will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your car. Got my car back today and on top of the body work being top notch, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Looks amazing. My vehicle was towed to this location after being involved in an accident. Not sure what the lady with the blonde hair name is, but she seem irritated when I would call to check the status (since it had been 2 weeks and no one reached out to let me know the status.) And the last day when I was calling to let them know the insurance company says we can retrieve our personal items from the vehicle, she whispers to someone in the background "they call everyday." I think that was very unprofessional.
