I really wish I could leave something below 1 star. The customer service by the managers and even online is horrific. I ordered a washer and dryer on the 6th. We scheduled delivery for Saturday the 16th. I received an email and phone call on the 15th confirming delivery on the 16th. I was told it would be delivered between 1:30 -6:30... So at 7:30 after no delivery I called and spoke to a manager and was told they "called me at 9:00 and no one answered" to tell me the dryer wasnt it. I told them no one called me and if someone did why would did they not leave a voicemail to which they could not answer. They also rescheduled the delivery for the 23rd without even telling me. So Monday the 18th I called and spoke to person who is in charge of shipping Josh I told him the 23rd would not work and that my wife could take off work (not paid) on the 20th if he could have it delivered after 2. He called me back and said Wednesday after 2 would work. So my wife took off work (again unpaid) so we could get the delivery. Well here we are on the 21st and we never got our stuff. I spoke to a manager (scott) last night who said someone would call me this morning. I called at 9am because I didnt hear anything spoke to another manager ) who said he would look into it and call me. I waited 3 hours and didnt get a call to I called again and spoke to scott again. He said he would call me back and 3 hours later I still didnt hear anything. So I called and another manager whos name I didnt get answered. I again had to go over everything with him and Im sure I wont get a call from him. Your FB team hasnt been helpful either all they can say is senior leadership have been notified. So here we are my wife and I have wasted over (along with phone calls) about 14 hours of our time because of this and also our money by having to take off work............. update Its now been longer then 24 hours and havent heard a word from senior leadership as per Lowes facebook people said it takes............... HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE........So the manager Matt was the only person who seemed willing to help.. He gets 5 stars for now... it will stay that way as long as I get my stuff tomorrow morning like he said.

We had five blinds cut to size. There was a snafu on the initial cutting, but everyone at this location (Taylor Avenue) was so helpful and conscientious in correcting it. Especially exceptional was a guy named Melvin, who carefully, painstakingly recut the blinds, getting everything right despite equipment that wasn’t really very accurate. He’s a gem; I hope Lowe’s values him. It’s rare that you find an employee of a big-box store who has been there more than a few months, or has much knowledge; Melvin says he’s been there more than six years, and it shows. Keep him, whatever you do. And most everyone else we encountered was a cut above too. I’ll shop here again whenever I have the choice.

11.1.23 - Effective this date this Lowe's is no longer giving you bags with your purchase. Also informed that for businesses, Lowe's is no longer allowing phone sales for purchases of materials. It's a shame, cause Home Depot figured an easy way around this with text to confirm for credit cards on file... Lowe's process around this is very complicated, especially for businesses in which the account was established around a specific person's email. I recommend hitting up Home Depot if you're a business. They are so much easier to work with anyway.

I love this store. The only issue I have is with the African American women that work in the register area. I am an African American woman and I repeatedly observe other races being greated upon entry and exit of the register area by African American staff, but the greeting is not extended to African Americans . Shameful.

I recently ordered a washer dryer from this store. After the delivery company arrived there they said they can't deliver the apiance because it might have to be lifted over 3 ' above the floor to get around a corner in the stairs. Both used appliances companies and other companies will lift it the extra to get it up the stairs but not Lowes. They said they would with another 2 people only after another scheduling and waiting of my time did they go out there to tell me they couldn't do with 5 people what 3 people did before. Additionally I will note both times it was delivered it was damaged. Also another time a few years ago I had them deliver a side by side washer dryer and they would not take it upstairs dye to the chance there might be a scuff mark. They use the scuff mark excuse as a way of getting out of work. I go it up the stairs with 1 other person. Just remember this Thanksgiving if you need a new fridge and expect Lowes to deliver it for you if there is a chance there might be a scuffed up wall they care more about no scuff marks and don't care if you can't get the fridge. Let's say that ruins Thanksgiving because you needed it for food. Lowes appliance delivery doesn't care they are about those scuff marks. The only way to get Lowes to deliver it is to make sure you coddle them by making sure the appliances are narrow enough to go around the corner of stairs. So both width and depth need to be narrow enough for those turns otherwise Lowes isn't helping. They also don't hook up gas appliances but atleast with that you can fix it with a few hand tools or hire a plumber.

My best LOWES visit ever! Service as it should be. I go inside for a ceiling hook only. I'm looking up at the department banners as Staffer Dan approaches. He asks, "What can I help you with?" I reply a ceiling hook. He says, " Let's go to aisle 9.""No need, I'll find it... one more, would you have the kitchen gadget to remove jar lids and bottle caps?""I"m not sure. We have very few items in aisle 34.""I'll check. Thanks for the assistance."I go to aisle 9 and search the entire aisle--I know I missed it. Another Staffer, Bob, is coming down the aisle, stops in front of me, and politely and friendly ask, "What can I help you find?" He takes me back to the front of the aisle, shows me the item, and explains the differences--heavy duty, decorative, package quanity. He hands me my selection. "Anything else?" he asked. I informed him, "I'm good, I'm going to aisle 34". "THANK YOU, BOB. You've been great."Bob turns right, I turn left, looking up at the aisle numbers. I see #32 running perpendicular, I get there, and it was the last aisle. I turn around, and there's Bob who came to tell me I "missed aisle 34". He took me back and showed me that kitchen gadgets hang from the post. I thanked him graciously for his attentive service.I did not find the lid/jar remover and took my ceiling hook to the register.Self-checkouts monitor, Carlana, completed the wonderful and extremely superior service. She greeted me and provided much necessary assistance. She bid me a pleasant farwell; I expressed my appreciation. I was off to reposition a chain lamp.Unbelievable, great service. Thank you, LOWES, for Dan, Bob, and Carlana. Please provide them with the recognition they deserve. They provide you superiority.

Please go to Lowe's rather than HD. I had credit fraud last year that happened at both stores and Lowe's was way more helpful, I mean WAY more, across the board. Home Depot spent months telling me I had to pay for fraudulent charges even though there was video proof of the imposter. Lowe's knew right away and helped me through the stressful situation

Pretty good stock of the furnace filters I needed. I took an extra few minutes to browse and actually found a few other items. Very pleasant checkout lady as well. Also, a welcomer at the door gave me perfect instructions on where to find what I needed. Personnel who were stocking shelves were not so friendly....still a decent visit.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered a patio set and paid to have them assembly. They apparently scratched my table up when they used it as a work bench to assembly other products. No one called to tell me. So I had 6 chairs delivered but no table. Took forever to get a hold of someone and "Justin" in the assembly team assured me it would be taken care of and a new one was ordered and scheduled for another delivery. After waiting the 4 hour delivery window (for the second delivery) I called the Lowes Delivery number and they said it the delivery truck was full and they would have to reschedule for a third time! I called multiple times to speak to a store manager. There was never any manager available to speak with me. The people on the phone took my name and number and someone was supposed to call me back. Never heard back from the store manager and it got to a point where I was calling multiple times a day and the staff answering the phone would just hang up. It wasn't until I called the 1800 customer service number that I got my situation resolved. Justin in the assembly team and Josh in the delivery team - you both really suck at your jobs!

I LOVE Lowes! I go to the garden shop mostly. I'm always intrigued by the good selection of plants. I dontsee many snake plants there, tho. My garden needs are rhere, my soil additives and food. I'm good with Lowes. I love it's conveniently near my house. Usually, it rains when I'm there. Delightful this summer. Marcus and I have great conversations about plant care. He's a kind soul and loves plants and gardening, too. He was surprised when I showed him my garden work photos and stated how people don't usuallyq come back to share outcomes ideas the garden staff has assisted with. I was happy to do that. All in all, I have a great time when I shop at Lowes.

I went here looking for a few things and bought the wrong kind of wood, but quickly and easily returned it. Every time I’ve been to this location the staff is super friendly and helpful and if they can’t help they point you to the person/department that can.

While visiting family, I needed to help them with a project, so Lowe's is my go-to place for supplies. I like the selections, prices, and consistency of store layouts. The staff were helpful when I needed help finding an item.

Nothing works. The website don’t work, the people don’t work.… after spending almost an hour on the phone trying to find three-quarter marine grade plywood . I have finally given up and I realized why I never shopped in the first place. Amazing you can type marine grade plywood directly in their search bar and the only thing it recognizes is plywood so out of 48 options not one of them are what I am looking for. Pathetic for a corporation like this and the girl on the phone gets smart like you have to go on the website, well sweetheart if your website worked I would’ve been done this 45 minutes ago and I never would’ve gave you a phone call. Haven’t been there for years because this place is always been a nightmare, but I’m a plumber and out of maybe the three times in the past 10 years. I’ve been absolutely forced to use a Lowes. I’ve been disappointed every time. Empty shelves and ignorant staff

Lowe’s contractors have not honored one thing I was told would happen. They’re after the money first and foremost, forcing me to pay in full despite my wishes. They told me they would not cash my check until after the job was complete then cashed it the very next day. And the job has been moved back already after they missed their first date. Hoping and praying the windows will finally be installed and functional at this point. Started in January 2023, writing in May 2023 for a date in June 2023 now.
