I have come here twice for fabric and they have plenty to choose from. The sales associates who help cut are always helpful and personable. Onyx is a great help and was super nice. I would def be open to coming back and exploring more of what they have to offer.

Excellent selection and very friendly staff! People who work there typically seem to have a passion for arts and crafts and it shows anytime you get the chance to ask them a question! Their knowledge and passion shows, giving you tips on what you're looking for and sometimes giving you a new perspective or angle to tackle a project. Shop brick-and-mortar folks! Your not just buying a product, you're sharing a passion! Thank you!

I've come here and brought my friend here before. It's the closest Joann Fabrics to Baltimore so I end up dropping by here quite frequently when the urge to craft something new hits or I'm missing a specific supply. Yes, the lines can be long because there usually is 1 - 2 cashiers at the register at most but I don't mind the wait it's really not that big of an issue to me and the most I've waited is around 10 minutes. The cashier who is nearly always the one to check me out is super nice as well and she's let me do multiple transactions in 1 go to use multiple coupons (1 per transaction). I haven't found the store to be messy and it's quite large; larger than the Joann Fabric out in Owning Mills. I enjoy taking a break from my studies to browse their aisles and I've never had any discrepancies from what their website says is in stock at this store vs in person either.

Don't even bother with their pick up service. They never update their website/what they have in stock. Ordered something they said they had multiple in stock, ordered never fulfilled that day. Called the next day, they said everything was in stock, less than a hour later half of my order was cancelled. "Great" service.

Did a buy online pick up in store. My order was marked as picked up when I hadn't picked it up. I called the store to inquire about this error and was met with the WORST customer service I've ever received. The first lady answered and said she would get someone named Susan. Susan then answered the phone and yelled “what is your last name and what did you order” no hello, just complete rudeness throughout duration of the convoy.

Always the best discounts and a selection that can't be beat...even if they're out of the exact product you want, they will always have SOMETHING in stock to keep you crafting.

So I often buy yarn since I crochet as a hobby and I really like jo Ann's because the curbside pick up is so easy. However on Friday I needed to pick up an order of yarn I placed and I put in online that my husband would be picking it up like I have many times before and my husband goes in to pick it up and the cashier was a girl I think her name was Megan and she was nothing but rude to my husband and refused to give him my ordered because she claimed her system was down? Meanwhile my husband was showing her the email he received from jo Ann's that the order was ready for him to pickup. Finally a manager came over took one look at my husband's email and handed over my order. Idk if the cashier was new or just doesn't have people skills or what but hopefully they retrain that girl or something.
