Had to file paper copy lady told me it would just take a little longer. Called every couple months and they told me it was just in process. Just found out today it was never mailed. No one wants to do anything to rectify the situation so she filed it again and told me to be another 14 weeks. I do not recommend ever going to Parkville H&R Block or Perry Hall where they tried to fix it ended absolutely nothing. customer service said there's nothing they can do
