There is no customer service here. There are not professional.
I have paid 1 month ago for 50 Boxwood plants and today they are saying that they can not provide it. ?
Imagine that Home Depot can not provide 50 Boxwood.
You guys gave me the invoice and charged me a month ago to provide it and now after a month you are saying that You can not give it to me idiots.?
This is not all of the story.
After their unprofessional business, when I was asking" what is the reason?", they just called another customer and ignored me like get out of our way and we don't care about you, even we can't see you.
Where? In CUSTOMER SERVICE DEVISION. ?
Unbeleivable.
There is no customer service here. Nothing.

I want to acknowledge the Customer Service young man by the name of JoJo at the Parkville location. JoJo, addressed an issue for refunding and crediting funds back to a credit card. The reason why I'm acknowleging JoJo is because of his professionalism, patience and assertiveness in problem solving. What couldn't be done refunding a cancelation of service in the store, he followed through in calling the Home Depot office to assist him, which his professionalism was shown as he dealt with other departments and employees on the phone. This refunding took JoJo quite awhile to resolve but his patience and tone of voice was exceptional. Also, the problem which was resolved by JoJo on today (7/17/24) was presented to the same store on (7/16/24) at Customer Service desk, by another employee the day before, but with no resolve and unhelpful. JoJo should be recognized and his professionalism should be a guideline for the staff. He demonstrated what is missing today in retail Excellent Customer Service. ($99.00 CREDIT for a cancelation of outsourced service). Give that young man an employees recommendation.

Went in and paid for propane and the cashier called to make sure they had some. Went outside the machine is broke. Went inside to customer service where Karen the cashier was of absolutely no service. She refused to call someone with a key to open the machine. I told her last time the machine did this we had to get a person with the key. She refused to help me and told me she would refund my money. I went back to my truck got my card then received a refund. On the way back to my truck a young man was out there and I asked him to check the propane for me and imagine our wonder when we found there were full tanks inside. Deon went inside and got the key then helped me and was the swettest and couldnt believe how Karen acted. You should check who uou put in customer service because her attirude was not very nice.

Sadly, this is the garden shop at Home Depot. I went there to purchase plants and found their state in very bad condition. Inside the garden shop were many plants in desperate need of water..lots were whilting..outside I saw these plants that also were in bad shape. Besides this awful condition, the garden shop was 1/4th the size of Lowes, where I purchased plants that were healthy and not on the edge of death. Lowes also had a very nice selection to choose from, a huge selection of soil, planters, all kinds of supplies. On top of this, there were people everywhere to help.. forget Home Depot!!

Not my favorite home depot location but not the worst. Customer service is always good. The curbside pickup can be a nightmare sometimes, I have waited for long periods of time for my order to be brought out. And as a result I've ended up just going inside to get my order.
