We walked in and were greeted very pleasantly by William Stewart. From there on, our process of finding the car we wanted, learning all about the car and test driving were easy, not pressured, quick and efficient. William was very professional, polite, pleasant and knowledgeable with NO BS AT ALL! Great experience. Thank you, William and hope you keep making customers happy. We, also, LOVE the car.

The service department here is complete trash. I've taken two different vehicles to this place and left the car there the entire day for them to give me a nonsense response on why they couldn't work on my car. My gti "the car is to low for the lift to be able to do an alignment"... it was stock height.
Told myself after that one, never again. We'll it seems volkswagon has a monopoly on anyone working on the cameras and sensors other then them. So today my car was left at the shop, asked them to be done it by 330. We'll 430 rolls around and my wife is there with my kids waiting to get the car. Waits around for 25 minutes for the car, the service rep called down and asked what was going on with the car and the mechanic was complaing about how busy they are and this and that, and guess what they didn't even work on it... this time their excuse was the battery is too low for them to run their diagnostics... more like they are busy and don't want to work on the car so they give some bullshit excuse.. wife is on the way home, I'll test the battery when she gets here, I bet it's fine.... you know it's not throwing any codes or warnings for battery being low, but it's too low for their diagnostics.... even if the battery is low, why wasn't it thrown on a charger.... I bet it's because the car sat around and no one looked at it till later in the day... I called asked to speak to the manager, left him a voicemail for him to call me back. I call back 45 minutes later, and low and behold he's left for the day..
If only NGP or country Dubs was able to work on sensors, I would never come back to this place.
Edit: wife came home. I checked the battery and ya it was throwing an issue... positive terminal was loose on the battery.... kinda suspicisous considering I do weekly checks on this vehicle... but sure ok... tightened it up. Rechecked, battery and alternator was good.. for giggles I ran to auto zone and another shop, had them both check, battery was fine... still feeling like they just didn't have time for the vehicle and made up some bs... still 1 star
Edit: two days later. - talked to the service manager pete yesterday. Super nice guy, we talked on the phone for about 25 mins. I explained everything to him ( basically what I said above) he explained some stuff and told Me he plans on revamping things and getting customer service better, it's just going to take time. He had me bring back the car this morning, halfway through the day I received a text from Cheyenna saying they found an issue and needed to replace the 5f module, part will be in on monday.. moving this to a 3 star, might move to 4 depending on how the rest of this goes.
Edit: welp I did wanna 4 star this but it's staying at 3 star.
So after a few days we got the car back with the 5f module replaced. Everything seemed to be working fine, except now my GPS doesn't work. Scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Arrived at 8 am left at 12 pm with the issue not fixed. They told me the 5f module needed to be replaced again, made no sense to me but fine whatever. I get a text the next day saying hey your car is fixed it wasn't the 5f module( the tech had to call some IT department or something). Well I also asked them if they could peak at my windshield washer tank, I believe it has a leak. They told me the tech found no leaks. Well as of this morning, my driveway doesn't agree with the tech, guess I'll be taking it somewhere else.
In the end we wasted roughly 6-8 hours dealing with this, and swapped out our stuff and two cars seats back and forth from our car to the loaner 2 times. Aswell as this is now the 2nd time I will have to take my car somewhere else to get fixed because they didn't.
Don't get me wrong the service desk and service manager is great, helpful, courteo

One of the things I have always hated was buying a car. The last few cars purchased was done via phone. For this purchase, we went to two dealerships.
The first Dealership, was one not too far from our house. we called ahead to let them know what we were looking for and to make sure they had it in stock.
well.. to make a long story short, they were the typical dealership, making us wait and didn't have the one we wanted even ready.
so, we left and came to VW of Parkville, where we had previously spoken to William.
So, we looked at the vehicle and test drove it. obviously had question about and William was great with answering.. and what he didn't know, he was honest about and advised he will research and let us know. From there it was about the money..
so with our trade and the New car, with a bit of haggling, we agreed on a price. I do believe we got a great price, but also it never felt like we were dealing with a "car Salesman". William was great, personable and great to deal with.
I know where to go now for a VW..
and William thank you for showing us how to "milk the cow" ( a joke on how to turn on the inside lighting)

This month we bring AWARENESS to Domestic Violence…being in my 5th year of survival hood, I lost everything in 2019 due to the abuse that I suffered…since then I have been focused on getting myLIFE back, rebuilding, rebuilding and rebuilding! And, getting approved for a car loan has been an uphill battle!
I had gone to several other dealerships and never a favorable outcome…I am not sure why I didn’t start with HERITAGE from the beginning , they were extremely good to me back in 2010-11 when I got myHONDA and they did not disappoint this time putting me in a 2024 VW TAOS brand new with 37miles on it, and guess what I have never owed a new vehicle, only used and I have not driven since 2019!

10/10 experience at Heritage last night. William Stewart was my salesman and he truly blew me away. He worked all day on the phone and email with me to make a deal happen. I was originally looking at used cars and he got me in an absolutely beautiful new car! I am still pinching myself! I would recommend the entire team to anyone looking.

William was my very kind and personable sales guy yesterday in trading in and buying my brand new Taos and I could not have had a better experience both with my purchase and Heritage itself! Never felt pressured or confused, all of my options were well explained to me, I was greeted by everyone warmly and offered things like lunch and a drink while I waited in between. Could not say enough good things abt these rockstars!!!
