I'm sorry to say I have to change my rating after I got the car. I had a problem breaking at high speed on the beltway I've called numerous times to specifically ask about the warranty included with the car for at least a month to no avail. I don't know if I go in person they will have time to help me be ware.

worst place ever! doesn't back up their car repair.. took the car for on friday for the check engine light.. charge a $100 just to tell us we needed to spend another $200 which the car should be under warranty.. drove off and next day the check engine light back on.. now the dealership wants charge another $290 to replace 4 sparks plugs.why couldn't they tell us about the spark plugs on friday wasting our time and having to take off 2 days of work. will never go there again! worst experience when buying the used car and now the service. Never will go to this place ever!! not worth even giving it a star.

What a great experience and wonderful dealership! David S. was a wonderful person and salesperson. He was very patient and spent lots of time finding the right vehicle, at the right price, to fit my budget and needs. The Honda I purchased was clean and fueled up and ready to go.I know I can rely on David to answer any questions in the future.I would also like to thank Oliver, Justin and Mohammed for all their assistance , professionalism, and knowledge. I had been taking my Honda here for for maintenance thinking that my car would be taken care of by the makers of said car. I brought it in for service and a week later I was stuck on the side of the road with my car overheating, there was no coolant. I had it towed after filling both the radiator and overflow because I was nervous to cause damage. From the beginning I did not like the tone of how Mark spoke to me, I let it go and then he called to tell me I had a blown head gasket and that I just needed a new car or pay $3,200. I had that issue in a car many years ago and I did not experience that with this current issue with this car. I decided to have it towed elsewhere after coming up and driving my car around the parking lot with no issue, no overheating which it would do if I had a blown head gasket. The other shop kept it for 2 and 1/2 days to thoroughly inspect, and to retest multiple times. There was nothing wrong with my car besides wheel bearings that needed to be replaced which I originally brought up at my original appointment at Honda. Please be aware and question them, get a second opinion. Luckily I am not totally ignorant to the functioning of a car which what I think they expected me to be.

When you go to this dealership make sure that you want a Honda because you don't have to much other vechicles to choose from. The dealership is extremely expensive and the SUV is the ugly vechicle on the road. They dont know how clean the vechicle. Take a good look at your vechicle because they sell part of trash. they sold me a vechicle for 26,7050 Honda HR V with 26,800 miles, but car had scracthes mark all over vehicle , broken light l and I had to buy a new batteries in less than 3 months for AAA , the A16 light came on, it no cargo cover anybody can see in the back of vehicle. This vechicle shouldn't not been sold until the someone look at it. This dealership is too expensive to be selling trash or vechicle that is mess up. No price on the vechicle in the parking lot, therefore you have to walk distance to go the Agent. This been the worth experience I ever been with a dealership. I left the company and went to Toyota brand and I hope this will be a better choose for me. Make sure that you know it a different between a maintenance inspection and a safety inspection the vechicle need both. Which me luck, but will never go back to the Honda dealership, especially Heritage Honda on Parkville. I support to trading this vechicle tomorrow for 2018 Rave Toyota with 27,000 miles 27,550

I made the mistake of providing Heritage Honda Parkville with my real phone number. Ever since I told the rep that I was not interested in the vehicle any longer, nor any other vehicle for the time being, I have been receiving 5 to 10 calls each day from different salespeople from this location. This has been going on for over a week now. It is getting to the point of harassment.

Paint starting flaking off of the roof of 2016 Honda HR-V that was in otherwise perfect condition.Found online that Honda had a recall for this. Called Heritage and was told that Honda extended the paint warranty and that we missed the warranty deadline by a couple of weeks, but we could bring it in for an estimate that they would submit to Honda for possible approval.Heritage called back and said Honda approved repair under warranty, and they scheduled to bring it in.The day after bringing it in (today), Heritage called to say they found more bad paint spots, and would have to paint most of the car, which would involve removing the windshield, and if the windshield was broken during removal that Heritage would not cover that and charge $600-$1000 to replace it, for something that should have been under warranty, or should not have happened at all if it wasn't for the manufacturer defective paint.Either the estimator didn't do a good job, or it's a bait and switch.Can't really blame Heritage for the bad paint, but they sold the vehicle, and the original paint should last the life of the car without falling off due to no fault of the owner. After taking the time to get the estimate and having it approved, and then finding out the estimate wasn't accurate is unprofessional. Especially when there was no accident or body damage hiding any additional damage that could have been missed.Safelite quoted $380 for a new windshield, installed.

Brought my 08 Fit in to the service department due to hesitation when accelerating. Ed Jones was so very helpful and kind. He had my car fixed and back to running properly without trying to upsell me on things that were not needed. I will definitely be returning for all my future service needs. Major kudos to Ed and the entire service team. Thank you kindly.

My aging vehicle (which I purchased here) needed lots of work and it was completed in a timely, efficient manner. It's running beautifully. They even gave reminders on what to monitor to keep it in good shape. Everyone single person I encountered at this dealership, from the mechanics to the office staff was so helpful. Shout out to Lauren L., the Service Manager who assisted me. Professional and great customer service from drop off to pick up!

my opinion: as my car was towed to Heritage Honda without my approval, proven once more how bad is Heritage brand in Maryland. my car stood their for 1 week without any parts being ordered or anyone looked at. Not once in 1 week, anyone from Heritage Honda gotten concern, what was car doing on their parking lot. and then it would be 2 more weeks for minor work to sent to Caton location. cant recommend
