Literally the worst experience every single time we come to this location. Which is wild because my wife is there dang near every single evening with my kids picking out dinner for the last 6 years since we moved here.. ignorant employees with attitudes.
Guy at self check out says to my wife with a toddler in her arms and my 12 year old helping her scan and bag, “Don’t put anything else in your cart before you pay for the order” !?! Tf?! Not everyone that comes in there is gonna run out without paying. Especially a mom with a toddler on her hip and another kid..
We gonna drive down to Nottingham for here on out along with our neighbors. I’ll make it a point to tell all Hartford park ?? since yall never take the complaints seriously.

I only give this store one review because it’s not possible to give it 0 reviews!! The UPPER management apparently thinks they have made it, so they WON’T even acknowledge a customer!! And when you ask for assistance. They act as though you’re bothering them!! Upper management needs to realize th CUSTOMER is the ONLY reason THEY HAVE A JOB!! I WILL NEVER……. GO BACK TO THIS GIANT!!!!!!!

This place is a train wreck. Produce is continuously half rotten, wraps and yogurts always have expired items mixed in, and now you can’t get cheese at the deli because there’s only one operational slicer. Go the extra 5 minutes to another store.

Very clean and organized. The staff is friendly. The wife and I love the scanning guns used for shopping. It's so quick and easy to shop.

This store is pretty well stock in most of their departments and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well lighted.

Don’t shop here. All juice bottles are always dented even ones wrapped in cardboard. The boxed cans of soda are infested with Ants and they never have hamburger buns. Store should get a new Manager. EXTREMELY poorly managed. The parking lot is atrocious. Handicapped people? This is a death trap. I totally agree with customer JEFF TOWNSEND. This store never has the necessary items that I always TRY to order for delivery. I don’t drive so this store makes it even harder to get groceries.

One of the workers or managers has a credit card theft ring going on at this location several times me and others have been scammed out of money after just going into this giant it's happens just this past week 5/21/24 beware of this location

What is up with your paper bags?!? They all rip! I'm paying for them, why are they suddenly much cheaper? You're obviously making money off of the bags, which is fine, but I can't even carry my food from the car to my doorstep without at least half of the bags disintegrating. Do better. Update: I did call the number the owner provided below. They said that I could drive back to the store and exchange the food that was dropped and damaged if I had the receipt. I am not driving all the way back there with broken eggs and cracked-open yogurt.
