I really appreciate the way my beautician Dawn highlighted my hair and she also put some long layers in my hair because she asked me what I wanted. She explained everything to me. ( She was on point with her knowledge because I remembered what she was saying from cosmetology school) She gave me a result that I wanted she cut my hair the length I wanted. She was and is amazing with hair. I've found a permanent beautician. Loved Fitz hair studio.??

I was in a hurry to get my hair cut and styled for my son's memorial service. I reached out to Danielle who would not be able to fit me in her schedule but she did set me up with Dawn as she was happy to fit me in. Not to mention did a FABULOUS JOB! Exceeded my expectations! My 16 year old daughter saved money to get her hair done, booked an appointment online and walked to the salon at he scheduled appointment time. She was super proud of herself because this is the first time she’d be paying for her hair herself and taking herself- grown up moment.
The stylist she booked with, Danielle, left before the appointment. I get it things happen. But No call, no cancellation email. My daughter showed another stylist/staff member the confirmation email. While the stylists were pleasant, but really didn’t offer a solution. One of them told my daughter to call or text the stylist. She doesn’t know her personally or have access to a phone number. Now, we’re scrambling to get her hair done on a holiday weekend. We’re expected to show up for appointments and on time, but there are no regards for the customers time. It’s absolutely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Edit: The owner just called my minor daughter and yelled at her following her comment below and told her she needed to take the review down. Obviously enraged, I returned the call, let Dawn/Debbie/ salon owner speak. Each time I started to speak, she’d cut me off, angry that I left a review. The call was completely opposite of the response to the review and unapologetic. THEN proceeded to text me after the call ended, threatening legal action for leaving this review. This is an error in their scheduling and there is absolutely no accountability taken. Just a really unprofessional nasty attitude. The owners behavior is completely inappropriate. See receipts attached. There is absolutely no reason for me to lie. I get nothing from lying about my daughters experience and my experience talking to the owner. Just sharing my experience to maybe prevent someone else from disappointment due to a scheduling error in their system.

Stephanie from limitless beauty working out of fitz was awesome. it was my 13 year old first time getting a good cut from a place other that like a hair Cuttery. she went in with
pictures and not only stephanie but all the woman working were great at explaining to my daughter that they can do the cut but it would have to be styled daily to look how it should and then took like 10-15 minutes talking it through with her on what they think would be good and what she wants. Stephanie did an awesome job and gave my daughter great ideas on how to style it at home. she has been in the mirror checking out her hair every 30 mins for the past 8 hrs. she loves it. all the women were great and it was a great experience.
