Staff was kind and considerate. They walked me thru all of the procedures and helped me make decisions on things I had not even thought of. This was a bad time in my life but this was handled and did not cause me any more stress.

The services Evans provided were way beyond expectations. When some family members wanted to view my father before his cremation, I thought it was an unnecessary expense, but I am so glad we did that. Evans did such a fine job, I thought Dad was going sit up and talk to us. This allowed us to remember Dad as he was before his final decline.The displays of picture montages were incredible. Evans did an AMAZING job.

Patient and very informative. Taylor was very knowledgeable and even helped w navigating how to talk w my young children about death of a loved one. Everyone was so kind and compassionate.

Shame, shame, shame Evans. I attended a service at your Parkville location today. The only positive thing I can say is, you were told that here would be a large turnout for the service, and you did open up additional rooms (which were full). What you didn't do was provide a loud speaker so people could hear what was being said. You started the service early and you wanted to rush people out after the 15 minute service by the priest. After an objection by attendees, you did allow people to provide eulogies about the deceased. I got the feeling that those of us in attendance were holding up employees who had something else to do. I don't know what you charged for your services but it's too much. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Came to town for the funeral of my best friend's husband. We walked into the room and could not believe our eyes. There were stations set up with all of the things that were important to him, a memory blanket with pictures, a memory station for guests to record special memories, multiple screens displaying photos with staggered timing so every screen was different, a beautiful keepsake book for guests to sign, a music related station as he was in a band with blow up guitars and a blue tooth jukebox and sports memorabilia of his favorite teams. The staff informed us that this was what they did to honor his memory. The staff was top notch very attentive to our needs in a low key waiting in the background should we need anything way. At one point my friend was coughing and I went down to the second level to get her some hard candy and as I was coming up a staff member said oh are you getting her hard candy, I was going to. They heard her cough and were going to bring her hard candy. If that isn't service, I don't know what is! At the end they gave her a bag of 100 thank you notes and envelopes, and all of the memory cards. They thought of everything and took care of it. Highly recommend Evans Funeral Home! Bryan, Denise and all of the staff were amazing! They made it effortless.

Taylor did such a excellent job when my mom passed away in 2019. She goes above and beyond to do the same for us. I know she'll do a great job with Chris's arrangements.

Evans Funeral Chapel handled the funeral of my Father a few years ago and I could not have been happier about their level of professionalism and attention to detail. Mr. Evans made it a point to add personal service to the process. Evans continues to bring value to each service by differentiating themselves from others by personalizing each service and making this most difficult event a true celebration of life. Evans longevity in the local market should add proof in confirming that they are top in their class and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Evans Is top notch . My family and I I use no other funeral home . The staff and funeral directors are professional and go out of their way to meet the families needs . The addition of Life Celebration, makes each and every funeral unique and personal . My Grandmother loved to bake . We’re we’re encouraged by the staff to bring in her favorite recipes for everyone to take home . The personalized blanket will be cherished by our family. We played my grandmothers favorite music , while showing her family pictures . The staff at Evans take pride in what they do , and it shows . Thank you .

Evans Funeral Chapel really took care of our needs during our most difficult time. Taylor, our funeral director, and her associates were compassionate and showed a great attention to detail that made my father’s viewing a true celebration of his life. Evans newly renovated viewing area is beautiful and really stood out. My family still receives compliments, from friends and family, of how beautiful the viewing for my father was.

I found Evans Funeral Chapel to be compassionate and caring planning the funeral services of my Mom. They listened and we're respectful of the families wishes. I never felt pressured to buy or upgrade anything. The whole experience was as pleasant and I appreciated the follow up well being text check in 45 days after the funeral.

When the time came to make arrangements for my mother's viewing and funeral services, everyone at Evans Funeral Chapel were so very compassionate and very caring. Even with the Covid 19 pandemic going on, they did everything possible to make sure our mother had the final arrangements she had wanted, and planned for years prior to her passing. During the process of planning for viewing, the service, and any issues that had come up beyond our mother's funeral, everyone I had to contact from Taylor our funeral Director, Sue and Carolyn in Billing, to Kelly the Manager, they were all so very helpful. I appreciated all their time, and effort to make sure all questions were answered, and if a call back was required it was done in a reasonable amount of time. The updates inside and outside of the Evans Funeral Chapel express and support the celebration of life. Lastly, I can definitely say our mother's final arrangements were carried out the way she had hoped thanks to everyone at Evans Funeral Chapel.

The Evans family was extremely caring and considerate regarding the death of my mother. They were extremely patient and understanding during not only peak Covid time but also I was planning this from out of state. The did all they could possibly do to make this an easy transition during difficult times.
