Ben's did an AMAZING job replacing my GTI's saggy destroyed headliner! I couldn't be happier, it looks GREAT and it was a GREAT price! Ben's was recommended to me by another GTI owner that also had amazing work done there. The shop was also recommended to me by a neighbor before seeing the other GTI. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Ben's. Very nice folks that do great quality work at an absolutely fair price, in the timeframe promised!! 100% happy customer here.

Arrived for my appointment on Friday Friday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. when I arrived I was told they would not be able to work on my car till 4:00. They didn't have the common courtesy to call me and tell me they were 3 hours behind schedule. I will not do any business with them in the future. From the reviews I've read they have a problem with calling people back and keeping appointments.

Where to begin? Ben's has been in business a long time. Local shop that does honest work at an honest price. They recently recovered a jet ski seat for me (and have done work in the past as well). Very quick turnaround and the price ended up being less than quoted - who does that anymore? They have a great reputation and I can personally attest it is well earned. I won't use anyone else.

I have a 1975 Triumph TR6 and have used Ben's Auto Upholstery for 4 separate services over the past few months. They replaced the vinyl convertible top with a cloth top, replaced the vinyl boot cover with a cloth cover, replaced all interior carpets, and most recently added a tonneau cover to my car. They have been fantastic to deal with in every aspect of each service. They are professional, timely, detailed, provide superior service, and their pricing is extremely reasonable. Been meaning to get some interior vinyl repaired on our Honda and found Ben's through an internet search. They are conveniently located just inside Beltway on Harford Rd. I sent them photos of the work I needed done and they promptly gave me an estimate and date when they would be available to complete the job. It is hard to find someone skilled at this work and willing to do smaller jobs so I booked appointment with them. We took car in and they did an excellent job. The owners are the nicest people and very experienced (over 30 years at location). Highly recommend!!!
