Hello,I went there last week with two special alarm batteries. One was dead, and a new one I thought was dead. He tested them, said the new one was good and I didn't need another. His honesty cost him a sale. But now has a lifelong customer.I read the other reviews. Yeah, it's like you are in your uncle's garage. Kinda comforting, but I'm a guy who can change my car's motor oil. It is a 'battery warehouse'. There is a 'room freshening candle' burning in there. They treat you like an old family member, if you can't handle the smell of the candle or people being friendly then don't go there.While there there was a steady slew of people from every walk of life, let's face it we all need batteries at some point or another. And what ever you knew about batteries, you will know more when you leave.

Great store - excellent customer service!! Was extremely pleasant when I called and even more pleasant when I arrived. Frank helped me without pause. I appreciate small businesses that still operate on integrity, helpfulness, and just overall GOOD BUSINESS!!! Please try them first before chain stores!

I had another post up but my wife made me remove t but the older guy that works at the Parkville location is the most hateful person I have ever delt with he disrespected me in front of my 5 year old daughter over a battery. This guy should not be working in service departments and yes I think he's is a racist person deep rooted!!

Excellent service and very affordable. Yeah it smells like cigarettes inside, but think of it this way. It’s like you went to that one uncles house. Yeah he’s a cigarette smoker but, every time you need him to put wipers on your car, change out a bulb, battery or filter, you stand by him and listen to his stories while he fixes it for you. Your uncle probably does it for free and the guys at Battery Warehouse practically do as well. I had a new battery for less than 200$ with install and a tutorial for my air filter included. Thanks Frank !!!

I have to give it a one this time because the last two times within 3 weeks I went there and this small store was so filled with cigarette smoke that I could not breathe. They should do better knowing they have non-smoking customers coming there and asthmatics and other people who have breathing issues. I won't be going there again. I try to visit the brick and mortar shops more often but this is a prime reason for doing my buying online.
