Don’t deserve any star. This is the worst Bank of America branch. None of the staff are friendly and welcoming. No matter what you ask for, they are busy and require an appointment. The only Bank of America branch I went to that requires an appointment for anything. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. The worst customer service and the worst branch or bank. ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE.

I recently started exploring the possibility of buying my first home, so I thought it would be a good idea to meet with a loan officer at Bank of America to understand my financial position and what improvements might be necessary. This led to an appointment with Mr. William C Traband, which turned out to be less than satisfactory. Within a minute of entering his office and exchanging pleasantries, he began discussing Bank of America's grants. Assuming this was standard procedure for first-time home buyers at the bank, I listened as he spent about 20 minutes extolling the virtues of these grants, mentioning that to benefit, my income should be below 80% of the area's median, as defined by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council. When I inquired about specific income thresholds, he vaguely mentioned it varied by location and showed me some figures on his screen. He then began to question my income, starting at lower brackets and moving upward. His line of questioning became uncomfortable, particularly when he expressed surprise at my income level, giving me the impression that he had preconceived notions about my financial status. Eventually, he concluded that I didn't qualify for any grants. The meeting left me feeling unsettled and reconsidering my association with Bank of America.

Ms. Karen, at the BOA Joppa Rd location, is very angry inside and incompetent. She immediately lets you know that she doesn’t want to be of help to you. All of her calls should be monitored and or recorded.

Drive thru was not in service,so I waited over 30 min in line to deposit a check with only 1 teller working extremely SLOW,very unnecessary especially with multiple employees walking around doing nothing behind the counter seeing he needed assistance.I won't be returning to this location.

This is a busy bank but they moved us along pretty quickly. I needed a notary but they did not have one on duty that day.

Someone needs to teach these employees customer service I would never bank with Bank of America simply because of the way their employees treat the customers my payroll happens to be drawn off of Bank of America and I have been And several of their locations and if you are not a Bank of America member and are not willing to open an account with Bank of America their employees companywide treat you like less than a deserving customer Yet they have the audacity to continue to offer you an account. Why would one be a member somewhere that doesn’t treat you respectfully the first time you walk in. Joppa rd harford rd. Merrit Blvd luckily in my profession I originate loans with banks as well and at least I have a choice in my office to send hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business a month to other banks instead of Bank of America.
