“The day before Thanksgiving I came to Carney Tire with a damaged tire hoping to get it replaced before my holiday travel plans the next day. Paul, a service associate explained that they were busy but if I left the tire with them they would do their best to make the repair by closing. I received a call around 4:30 advising that the repair was complete, they installed the tire and I was pleased to continue my travel plans on four good tires and the spare in the trunk. I’m grateful to Paul and his staff for making my minor repair a priority during a busy holiday eve.

Hans at Action Automotive is honestly the most complete, detail- safety oriented mechanic I've met in a long time.. he genuinely cares about as customers safety and the quality of his work.. “I went here for four tires. I got four tires, they ride great. I picked this place specifically because they resolved previous service issues that another location(Harford Rd, the original location used) couldnt resolve. The manager had been helpful and went above and beyond for the customer.
I had the same Manager as I did for my service issues. I had an 8 am appt. He sold me 4 tires. Sticker price was a shock. I feel I was sold, and provided, a good product and it was kept within my price range. I overheard some of the guys in the garage talking about a discount given to a customer. My perception was they were talking about me.
I watched two customers get stuck in the bathroom because the door knob did not work from the inside. The associate at the desk, after the manager had left for parts, had been aware of it and indicated they are having troubles getting it serviced.But the desk wasnt always manned and this is when customers were getting stuck. Associate was able to let them out but this is a huge safety hazard and mustve been somewhat of a panicy feeling for each individual, once trapped in the restroom.”
