Nowadays what resources are there for car audio/video needs? The dealers are best for the mechanical side of vehicles, not the gingerbread. And big box electronic options are not as once was. I managed to have an aux. jack replaced restoring my overhead music! Was a little bit of homework involved in obtaining the part, but the install was smooth. Plus the initial quote for labor was one hour @ $125/h given it took less they prorated reducing to an out-the-door cost of $95. Honesty is something hard to find in today's world. A+ for Audio Connection. Tune in to Ronny & his Parkville team!

The experience started off well with an appointment to install back up camera and car play system. Next day I tried the blue tooth car phone microphone and it did not work. Called the store and was told to bring it in. Front desk guy called me a "liar" and told me to leave the car for the day (which would have required two Ubers). I asked if he could please fix it now, and he berated me for then inconveniencing all his other customers who had appointments that day. Once I reminded him that if he installed it correctly the first time this would not have happened, he begrudgingly agreed to fix it. Turns out, the microphone was bad. Never apologized for giving me a defective piece or failing to test it before he signed off on the job. Worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere.

Excellent Service. They had installed a replacement receiver over 10 years ago. Was happy then and returned when I wanted a new receiver. They were excellent in helping me make a new choice. They also came up with the idea to run a cable to my armrest console and install a double usb port so I could attach my phone to the receiver for Android Auto. They also moved the microphone from the roof and moved it to the steering wheel. I have a convertible and people always had trouble hearing me, but they hear me just fine now with the microphone being moved. I highly recommended Audio Connection, both for excellent installation and creative solutions.

When I wanted to replace the speakers in my car, I asked a friend, who recommended Audio Connection, and two other places. In reading the on-line reviews, Audio Connection's negative reviews were consistently about two things: (1) the office manager scheduling appointments at the wrong time (then blaming the customer), and (2) the office manager being rude to the customers. I thought that in double-checking everything to confirm the correct appointment time that I could avoid both issues.Audio Connection opens at 9:00am. I arrived at 9:00 on a Monday morning to find several other customers already waiting. The office manager arrived at 9:20 and promptly blamed every other employee for being late. By 9:50 he had only serviced two customers. A third customer walked out upset about an incorrect appointment time. I finally left without even making an appointment, because after 45 minutes there were still two customers in front of me.I returned two days later. The service center at the back of the building was bustling with activity, but the door to the lobby was locked . I joined several other people standing in line on a 92-degree morning. By 9:20, the office manager had been seen entering the office area three separate times. All three times he ignored the person pounding more and more frantically on the locked front door. He also ignored the ringing phones. FOR THIRTY MINUTES. I would've returned to my car, but then I would've lost my place in line (and I assumed that the door being unlocked was imminent). Several times, employees drove cars from the service area to the parking lot, then walked back to the service area, with the customers shouting to them each time to unlock the front door. When the office manager FINALLY opened the front door at 9:30, he immediately acted like he did not know the door was still locked, and promptly blamed the other employees for not opening it. Considering that he is the ONLY employee that works in the office, there quite literally was no one else to blame but him. He did not apologize for making us wait in direct sunlight. I walked right back out the door.After a combined 75 minutes of waiting, I still did not have an appointment. Meanwhile, a buddy helped me install my own speakers for free.I would only recommend Audio Connection to someone I intensely despised.

My automatic car starter that I had purchased a few years from here had stopped working & I assumed the battery needed to be replaced. Mike a store associate changed my batteries & went to my car to test it to make sure it functioned properly, it started but then would cut off immediately. Mike informed me that it was not the battery but the the drive board in the starter. I was a little concerned as to what it would cost to replace it . I have had it for a few years. Mike informed me since I purchased the starter from there I had a 5 year warranty & he not only replace it but also had to reconfigured it so that it worked properly. Sadly a lot of stores would not have informed me of the warranty just had me pay for a replacement. I was moved not only by his honestly but his prompt attention in resetting the starter. Mike was friendly & courteous. He really made me feel like he appreciated my business and that made me feel good. I would never go anywhere else for electronics products or issues. Keep up the good work. And to you Mike... you are definitely an asset to the company. Thank you for your honesty & help. You made my day

Very thankful for this small business. One of the most honest quality experiences that I have had in a long time. Needing a stereo for the jeep stopped in based on reviews. The owner personally waited on me. Very knowledgeable and took his time to understand my needs and price range. Pulled up the stereo online to show me I'm getting the best price. When I asked for an install appointment, told me right now! Very happy with the professional install. Overall want to sincerely thank them for one of the best experiences and will be back for other upgrades. You have a customer for life!

I recently got a 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ Debbie Cruz LTZ and I loved it however however the radio left a lot to be desired desired so I took it to audio connections and they put in a new Kenwood execelon In a almost 3:00 time I had it back and it's great they did a good job of putting it in not damaging anything and I appreciate their hard work thank you

I dropped my vehicle off by way of tow truck and they were asked to see if they could get it started. They did do that and charged me $150 but then they took out my auto start mechanism and told me they would put it back once I got the rest of my vehicle fixed. It had a problem with the instrument cluster. They said they took out the auto start saying that if I were to take it to a dealer they would automatically say it was the auto start. I guess they knew what I was thinking since I was not taking the car to a dealer but my mechanic. I went back after my vehicle was totally fixed and they said they would put the auto start back in for $370 and we got them to come down to 125 then they said 150. I believe they should have stood my their word and put the auto start back in since they did not have my permission to take it out in the first place. I have since picked up the auto start as they did not stand by their word and they should put it back in for free since again they did not have my permission to take it out.
