“Lock's is my go-to towing partner. I have a couple of Jeeps plagued with issues that have left me stranded on lonely country roads in the woods, to 695 at rush hour, and beyond. They are always responsive, and have at times, bent over backwards to help me, such as picking up my son who dropped a vehicle for maintenance (I was supposed to pick him up), then dropping my Jeep at the garage I indicated, then providing a ride home for me and my son (we live close by). I can always count on Lock's to be fair, timely, and professional!”
