I have been a customer ever since they opened. I have had good cuts and some bad. I had it narrowed down to one stylist, Terri that knew how to do my hair properly. I have used her exclusively for over a year and we were working on a certain style that has taken months to create. With the new check-in rules it has become more difficult to get on the list for her as it is always long and for good reason, she does hair the best every single time. With other stylists, I have often had to have Terri fix it for them.Today I got on the waitlist and then saw she was coming on at 2. I went to tell someone there I wanted to be put on her list. There was a new ,very chaotic policy of having people wait outside ( it wasn't like this just 2 weeks ago) and there were no signs indicating as much or anything on the app. No biggie, the lady switched me up and I arrived back when the wait time ( 45 more minutes) was up I looked at the screen and I was next up so I went to walk in. I was immediately told to please wait outside, I was a little surprised but I did. A stylist then came out to tell me that I "technically " can't switch up and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes. The new check in process is very chaotic, it felt cold and impersonal. There is obvious poor management if I was told I could switch, be given a time, wait, and then be inferred that I had done something wrong while also not honoring the time. It was their idea to get online check ins in the first place ( I don't like it but a abide).I have decided today that unfortunately I will be finding another place to take my business as time is very valuable to me. Poor management drives away even the most loyal customers and this is a good thing for it keeps well run businesses in business and poorly run ones out of the marketplace.

Hair in my ice cream that I tried to return within 30 minutes after I got home and opened it. The person that rung me out would not exchange. He said I have to talk to the manager tomorrow. Will update later.

I worked at this store and the 2 reviews posted here are fair. Its true, some cashiers are not aware of the prices, which can be frustrating to customers.

They hike up prices on everything, even if it has a set price on the packages. The games cost 1.29 they charge 3 dollars for one pack. Please call the company, so you can get discounted and have authorities sent there thru the company, so they can be investigated.

Employees don't know the price of items in the store and took WAY TOO LONG for a price check that never came--got tired of waiting
