I believe it's poor management at this location 18-20 cars deep. 2 lanes 1 person working the drive thru they're not allowing people to come inside. This the future of service.

They must hire expert people to serve there’s customers. I was waiting in drive through for 23 minutes to get my turn. It was not only me everyone . Long wait. It was terrible.

Negative Stars if I could. Worst and slowest service ever. Long drive through lines. Takes anywhere between 20-30 minutes for one car. They weren't any better before the pandemic either. With all the complaints about this branch, nothing still gets done about it. The line has officially wrapped around the parking lot as I type this.

Went to get change for the business I work that banks nationally through Wells Fargo. I have never had an issue prior, but today the girl said she couldn't locate an account even while giving her my commerical corporate card. I just went to a different branch down the road and they made me change for me, I normally go to this branch and will still come by because it is convenient. Just let you know that the person working the far drive thru on 12/30 at noon made it unnecessarily difficult.

Probably one of the worst kept locations in the area. ATM machines are constantly out of service. This is a frequent problem and only leaves on viable atm. They need to fix this ASAP. Creating a long line just to use the atm.

They don't answer the phone and costumer service is minimal. Makes you feel like it's a privilege to bank with them. If you need good service visit the Old Town Alexandria branch.

Terrible. Terrible. Service. The drive through had 12 cars in line. It took 35 minutes for them to clear four cars in front of me. It took 10 minutes for them to do a simple cash deposit. Management here needs to be fired and a new staff hired. OR they need to add more people to help during the corona virus. As of now? Their performance is dismal. Makes you want to cancel your account or find another branch. Whichever is easier.

Lines are to long, an when we finally get to the teller hoza with bad customer service, Then he walked away and use bad English and I tell everyone please find anything bank or start to find you a Credit Union.

Could give 0 start. Longest wait for the drive through ever. I take 30 minutes for them to help 1 customer. Tellers are so slow. Help yourself go to other branch.

During the pandemic of COVID-19 all the lines are really long because most of the atms are broken. The atm that appears to be working in the drive thru is really broken. The atms on the front of the building are not accepting deposits and the line is long there too.

Always long line no matter the time of day I arrive. I can't stand for a prolonged period of time causes my legs to get stiff. It's unfortunate that there's no other branch closer other than this branch. Therefore, I deal and cope with it.

If I could leave 0 star would do it. We apply online for business account and via phone banker asked to come to the branch to verify Id. And the manager was not helpful we couldn’t open the account. So better go to other bank
