Horrible customer service, sometimes there are 20 people in line and only one cashier, it's ridiculous, it has taken me up to 1 hour just to send a package, they are rude and never give adequate information.

For years now there's a turnover at this post office, and the mailmen keep on misplacing the mail left and right at the Brookside Condominiums off of Indian Highway 210! I just now noticed someone's mail on the ground right by the trash dumpster! I have never complained yet, and kept my mouth shut for 8 years now, but enough is enough. I even observed the mailman NOT being in a uniform, and was really in a hurry to get rid of the mail, without discriminating where he misplaced the envelopes! YOU HAVE ONE JOB TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been waiting on a child support check from February. Never received. Now my son should have received a credit card Saturday and again NOTHING. I have noticed the mail for my building is horrible, whoever the courier is SUCKS!!....

Received my new credit card in the mail open. It lookedl like it got wet from steam from someone trying to open. All my other mail not open or wet looking. So ridiculous. Who ever did it probably got the number and waiting for me to activate it so they can steal off it.

So slow and sucks I’m waiting on priority mail to be sent and don’t have long to wait for it, so if they send it while I’m no longer at my location that screws me over, and the tracking says it’s been at the post office for 3 going on 4 days after saying I should get it by the end of the day multiple days with no actual progress being shown

Went here today for my passport...I thought the process would take long and be complicated but with the help of Andre one of the employees it was smooth sailing. Andre was patient, well mannered and very efficient. If your at this post office say hi to Andre. Thanks Andre

STOLE MY PACKAGE.... NEVER GOT ITThis PO (20745) is the absolute worse with customer service and just plain old courtesy. The ineptness and unprofessionalism is truly unbelievable. It's like how is this even happening with these people. I got my mail transferred in May 2023 form CA (90746 - great service) to 20745. I have yet to receive mail with yellow stickers indicating my mail was transferred. I've visited this Post Office AT LEAST 10 times looking for my mail. I spoke with the manager twice who appeared disheveled and was no help at all. I had a package from CA (90012) which was mailed on Oct 25th and delivered to this PO - 20745 - on 6316 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. I was sent this update message from the PO - "We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 2:58 pm on October 28, 2023 in OXON HILL, MD 20745. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed." I got mail on this day so I don't know what this message is indicating. On a couple of my visits attempting to track this package I was told by one of the representatives that my package was on the truck and would be delivered that day.... it was not. Several times I've been given information concerning my mail that was an outright lie. It's almost like it's a game to them. I have NEVER had a problem with mail delivery. My PO in CA (90746 Carson) was always professional and offered great service. They have been involved in trying to track my mail. I just moved to my new home and the thought of dealing with these totally inept and unprofessional people gives me heart palpitations. Please, I beg you, send the Postmaster in to investigate.

Worst post office in the country, hands down. And that’s saying a lot. I’ve been at my current address since June, and they’ve lost two packages already.My renewed car registration was undelivered, and my substitute renewed car registration was also undelivered. Ended up having to go to the MVA and print my self which is not a. It deal but considering I paid for it to be mailed - I expect it to be delivered. Yet, somehow toll invoices and tickets seem to make their way to me without issue.If you’re able to, tell whenever is sending something to you to use FedEx or another service if your home is serviced by this particular mailbox. You likely won’t have to wonder about your mail or do their job yourself.

This Oxon Hill Post Office will not get any stars from me. They have thieves working at this post office who either choose to not deliver my mail, steal any mail I receive from my banks or send it back to sender. This post office is horrible and ghetto.?
