I have been going there for 3 years to get my dog groomed. NEVER had a problem. However, the saying, “An establishment isn’t bad, but the people or person who works for said establishment that makes it bad.” Prior to a couple days ago, I have gotten quality service. Never waited over 3 hours from drop off to pick up. However, this 1 groomer (Jennifer F.) whom I made a 9am appt. with had my dog sitting in a cage for 4.5 hours and never ever been bathed. I dropped my dog off at 9 am, went up there at 1:30pm and they told me that my dog hasn’t even been on the table yet. As a result, I told them of their unprofessionalism and asked to bring me my dog and canceled my appt. Two days later, I tried to schedule another appt. with an earlier time and with a different groomer, but they seem have blocked me from that online privilege. It’s cool. I just scheduled a mobile groomer to come to my house. In short, do NOT schedule you pet with Jennifer F. at the Oxon Hill PetSmart.

My dog had been going to Charles for the past year and a half. He was very comfortable with him and he didn’t fight going to the groomers. Now Charles is no longer there and we have to start the bonding process over again. Hopefully the next groomer will give our pup the attention and care that Charles did.

This place charged my boyfriend double the price he was told on the phone for our dog's shots. This was very dishonest. Go somewhere else for your pet's needs.

Tiffany is one of the best groomers in the DMV , we only go to the Pet Smart Oxon Hill because of her . Stella and Bentley love her , she’s kind, caring and loves what she does and we never leave disappointed . Also note anyone who has a Doodle Knows they aren’t the easiest to groom and get the style You want , we love what she does every time. Pet Smart I hope You realize how lucky You are to have someone like Tiffany on your team .

I have never been so disappointed and all the times that I've come there. You had a technician there that was grabbing her so hard on her buttocks her rear end. Then they want to put a collar on her a cup because she was agitated she was already afraid. She needs more training the young lady that took my dog today needs more training I am so upset and so furious and then the other technician was trying to convince me that there's a $5 charge whenever you come in on a holiday? They tried to convince me that this is their new way of doing things. It took everything I had not to step out of dignity way out to a physical aspect wow. I will select who's going to take care my baby when she comes to get washed if I come back I have been so satisfied up until today. The pricing is not a question is that technician trying to convince me how she's gouging the prices where did that come from? $5 charge if you come on a holiday and then it wasn't charged. 15 for this 15 for that. I understand the express was $15 they always charge me that I get it but grinding now her nails after you get them trimmed that should have been within the package I chose? I am so disappointed and this happened about 12:30 1:00. It was okay I had to come home and get her validation and she's had her shots. That's okay I didn't have it with me at the time so that was on me but then when I asked him to not put her in the case that's why I'm here to wait for her they look like well this is a dog this is not a baby. Guess what that's my baby okay. I'll be back one more time when I'm much calmer. But that young lady will never put her paws on my baby again. What animal has paws yes. So disappointed so so disappointing!!!!!

I go here sometimes to just look at the fish but mainly for my cats necessities. I like how quiet it is and they always have what I need. The only thing wrong is all the potholes in the parking lot. It’s dangerous out here

Be sure that you select a good groomer here; otherwise, it's hit or miss. Not all groomers are great here, and there appears to be lots of turnover. I normally just take my dog here for baths, but I let them convince me to give him a trim on his last visit. Hands down the absolute worst haircut he's ever gotten. He looks crazy. Too embarrassed to post a pic, but never again.

I am BEYOND disappointed in this Store and couldn't post without giving this store 1 star that is doesn't deserve. My girlfriend was asked for a photo of her desired doggy cut and provided the photo as requested. And after giving them another chance being disappointed before this one takes the cake. This is the worst cut I've ever seen in my entire 60 years of life. Our Yorkie looks worst then when we dropped her off. Love your Dog? Stay Away from this store.
