Came here to buy my best friend a gift and was instantly greeted with much enthusiasm! Kevin pointed out each section, gave me the current deals and helped me find the perfect chain. Amazing customer service and energy from him !!

While this is the closest outlet to DC ,and to many places in Northern Virginia and Maryland , I'd still rather drive the extra way to Potomac Mills as I was terribly unimpressed with store selection and store merchandise. Several stores have the exact same prices they have at the mall (H&M,Bath & Bodyworks, American Eagle to name a few). While I appreciate the Carter's and Children's Place stores, it is not worth it to come here, in my opinion, when at Potomac Mills you have: H&M, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Homegoods, Carter's, Children's Place, Forever 21, Burlington, and IKEA all in one place. I'd perhaps stop back if I was in the area, but this would never be a sole destination for me.

Customer Service, and the lack thereof, can create a lasting impression for Customers. I like this Tanger location. Plenty of parking,, excellent selection of stores, and the layout is easy to navigate. However, the recent experience at their Levi's Outlet in the Tanger National Harbor was very unfortunate, particularly where it involved two employees. We approached the Dressing Room area, where there were two employees there. One of the employees, a male, it appeared was "working" the Dressing Room area. He was standing there at said nothing as we were standing there. There was an opportunity for this person to not only acknowledge our presence, but to let us know "what's what". Yet...nothing. Another employee, a Woman, was folding clothes. Now, to paint a picture, this area is small, not a vast larger space. Again, neither employee acknowledged Us. When the male was asked a question by Us, in our opinion, he presented this aura of truly not wanting to be bothered. Interestingly enough, another Customer walks up & was immediately acknowledged by the Woman employee - this person was greeted, asked what they needed & given direction. There are many questions that can be asked here ,however, the bottom line is this was not acceptable, at all. When speaking to a Customer that is telling their displeasure in the service, or lack thereof, this is not the time for giving excuses, weak ones at that. I hope this reaches Management & they...reempathize the importance of providing a level of Customer Service that Tanger & Levi's expects. Additionally, I hope no one else encounters these two employees they way we did.

The outlets are by National Harbor. The directory lists what businesses are around. I prefer the outlets in Annapolis or Ocean City. Parking is free (unlike National Harbor). I am bummed Nordstrom Rack isn't there.

Nice location by national harbor. All my favorite brands are there. Under armor store has easy access. Nike store has huge line to enter as in any other nike stores

The employees are super helpful and courteous. Big thanks to Kendra for taking care of me with my over the phone purchase. I felt like I was in person.When picking up my purchase on 9/5/2020 around 5pm the young lady who helped me was very nice as well. The gentleman in the store was very attentive w/o being over bearing. Awesome staff!!

Clean. Nearby. Just like any other outlet mall. Allow me to suggest a visit to YouTube to watch the video about the truth about outlet stores. I spent years in retail and already knew the facts. That said, I got some good deals over the years. I would go to Eddie Bauer's website before you go in the outlet store. Afterwards, head over to MGM for food and a view.

Beautiful outlet center. Very nicely located right by the MGM. I love coming here. That some of the best shops. And it's a short drive from DC.
