Very Very terrible people in that oxinhill store, they are thieves, from customer service ware house to this store, I ordered a shoes from the website, u received it the shoes where too tight return it to this store, and I changed my mind that I don't want it ,so they should send the money back to klarna, didn't do it since December to January 2023, I called them they all telling me a different stories, the store said they have send the money , the warehouse too said they hare about to refund the money to klarna again the ware housaid the have mail me a different pair of shoes , such a terrible people I will never purchase anything from this store called Steve madden and the people in the store too are very disrespect with no respect.
