This was the first hair shop I’ve ever let braid my hair I had no issues. This is the only hair salon that I let do my hair. Their work was the best first impression for me. I’m not understanding why some people have issues cause they ask what color hair do you want to use. It’s your choiceService: Box Braids

NO ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!LINDA DID MY HAIR...IT WAS HORRIBLE....(BROWN BRAIDS $180)I CALLED THE OWNER SHE STATED SOMEONE OTHER THAN LINDA WOULD DO IT OVER AND I WOULD GET A DISCOUNT...ONLY TO ARRIVE AND FIND OUT THE OWNER BRAIDED MY HAIR & CHARGED ME ANOTHER $180 ...APPARENTLY THE STYLE SHE DID WAS $200SO I RECEIVED A $20 DISCOUNT! SO I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE ABOUT IT...IWILL LET THE PICTURES REFLECT THE BURDEN OF PROOF.......TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Charge according to how they feeling . Work is mid . Been going to this salon since high school and had to get my father to get my money back . Mid work , and expensive price . Your choice when there is a salon down the street who washes hair free of charge ! And lets you be aware of all charges BEFOREHAND . Way to go 2Friends African Braiding !! I will never go here again first of all the owner is very rough she smacks and slams her hands on your head I informed her she was braiding to tight she said she’ll loosen up and proceeded to laugh and play with the other workers and didn’t loosen up my scalp is red and irritated and my hair is ripping from the root taking my hair out as we speak such a waste of moneyService: Hairstyling

I took my 7 year old daughter to get her hair done $160 for cornrows with added hair they didn't have any beads and or hair accessories for my daughter I just took her hair out after only 3 weeks

I went to this braiding salon because of the good reviews! I wanted large sengleses twist an which I show her a picture on their website! The owner who actually did the twist she was off that Sunday when I came in!! They must give me the worst braider in the shop my Senegalese twist was no where near how the picture was SMH!! She pleated and twist an pleated the ends!! I got my hair done Sept 12 2021 these are the worst sengleses I ever had and my hair look terrible!!! I’m not taking away from the another braiders in the shop!! She need to get more training and whole thing is y’all know who braid good too! She was not one of them!! So I will not return to SIMONE’s!! One rotten apple spoiled the bunch!!!!
