All my items were brought to my booth before setup, and shipping out was a breeze, even with UPS labels!”

He was able to ensure we could have programs for our upcoming concert in a time crunch after our printer was unable to execute the task. “Normally a smooth sailing transaction but nobody's perfect, and sometimes slip-ups happen. I ordered a bunch of 24" x 36" and 11" x 17" prints. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”

Michael is extremely responsive, super-helpful, and refreshingly quick and affordable. Their capabilities in this little shop are surprising, and the quality is high, better than I assumed a quick print would be. I unfortunately did not have my return label cut out of the paper and when I offered to do it if he let me borrow some scissors he said he'd take care of it himself, which not many other places have done. He had a great attitude and was super helpful. I also like how close to the metro this location is, it's so convinent.”

“Classic Art of Brookland "goes the extra mile to make you smile." It was clear from the moment we arrived that helping people is their passion. The custom sign on the wall "quality is never an accident" really exemplified what Classic Art is all about. We arrived with 7 art pieces including a custom designed one that was very special to us and an older sports memorabilia piece left to me by my late grandfather. The team at Classic Art took extra special care with each piece. We felt welcomed and treated like family. With each piece, they provided recommendations for framing, matting, and glass casing. We did not feel pressured into being upsold and truly felt that Classic Art had our best interests in mind. They provided expert advice on what color and style of frame would work well with each piece and patiently listened to each of our thoughts and questions and offered great feedback. They completed the job quickly and when we arrived to pick up the pieces, they unveiled each piece, which looked better than we could have imagined! As an added bonus, they added a double mat free of charge to the custom designed piece because they felt it would really make the piece stand out (and it did)! We walked away with more than just great frames, we walked away with solid recommendations, great company, and a business that we will refer to anyone with framing needs! “Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“You can’t beat the quality and prices. I have two concerns, one major and one minor. The response time can be improved. That’s a major concern. The font on my mom’s obituary was supposed to be lavender but came out in a deep purple. In any case, they were beautiful and I’d use A Digital Solution again and would highly recommend them.”

“Imagine it is the Friday of a three-day weekend and you need three American flags... and then factor in that it is MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. If you think "oh, that sounds like starting Christmas shopping on December 24th", you would be correct. Our business realized we needed these and needed them ASAP. A quick call to National Capital Flag led to a nice chat with Shannon, she held three for me, and off I went. Pulled up right in front, ran in and they were ready at the counter. A nice man (Al?) answered an additional question I had, and off I went with the flags. They have everything you could possibly need, pick-up in Alexandria or they can ship it to you.”
