“Teresa was the best. Great customer service is hard to come by these days especially when it's just about closing, but Teresa made us feel special and important. Not to mention the shoes she recommended are the cutest and the best. I wore my shoes out the door and it felt like I was walking on clouds. This wasn't my 1st time in this store and it will not be my last. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.”

“I drove to Oxon Hills in order to buy a pear of soccer cleats and this outlet met all my expectations. One, the parking lot had plenty of empty spots. There is no way they are going to fill all of them, so that's a plus. Two, pricing for socks, shorts, and shirts were more or less same as Amazon, but shoes were about $10~ $15 cheaper than online which was great! Also, their clearance section had some amazing options. Usually I don't find many shoes in a clearance section for my size (11.5) but they actually had some cool shoes. Three, customer service was surprisingly amazing. During my shopping I witnessed some customers who were going really rough on staff members but staff members were keeping their cool and providing an amazing customers service. When it was my turn, they also helped me the best way possible. So, 10/10 for employees for that given day. Also, there are other sports clothing brands as well nearby such as Under Armor, Nike, and Skechers. So, definitely worth to drive and compare what they got.”
“I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who helped me with picking a sneaker he felt would fit my needs . While I was trying them on Chevel offered additional help if needed and I did , she was so nice and caring and explained everything to me as far as comfort and different features of the sneakers , she also went on to tell me buy one pair get 50 percent off of another pair so my husband found two pairs which meant I needed another pair . You are very lucky to have such a great young lady as part of your team she made my experience at Sketchers a great one and we went from buying two pair of sneakers to buying four and that’s bd she’s of employees like Chevel?”

“I went there at the last minute to get my kid uniform. I was exhausted and the staff was able to help calm me down. Although they didn't have a fitting room, a young lady showed me a trick to measure the pants with her neck. I had the BEST experience at this one location. I usually get rude ppl at Rainbow. But these ppl love their job and it shows. I know they probally dont remember me, but I just want them to know they made a difference in my day and all her pants fit.”
“Went to DTLR right outside of Eastover Shopping Center ? in Oxon Hill, MD to look for some New Running Shoes. They had a nice selection of running shoes, but I Choose these ASICS. I Love the look, and they were So Comfortable I had to get them. Overall the Staff was Friendly and Accommodating which also helped me make my purchase at this location.”
“I went to this Famous Footwear to return some shoes I had gotten online from my grandparents. I was afraid without a receipt they wouldn't be able to help me at all, but I was able to transfer for store credit very seamlessly. The associates were very helpful. I ended up buying two new pairs of shoes that night. They did a great job of keeping the store tidy and they made sure to clean up behind people expeditiously as people came and went trying on. There was a great selection of shoes here too, and the associates were also very familiar with their inventory and happy to answer questions. Maybe best outlet store I've been to for any company!
