Karen and jarrod was amazing running the store just the two of them with 20 plus customers and the were so nice and respectful even during the rush that came through. I will be back because of them

At 3:30am I waited almost an damn hour for a 4 piece chicken meal. The 3 person staff who acted like they would rather be someplace else would tell people about the "30 minute" wait after they placed their orders. For me it was originally 30 mins.15 minutes later dude said it was still 30 minutes. Another 10 minutes pass and he says 25 minutes. Now it's pass 4am and more people are coming in wanting food and the staff is yelling that it's going to be a while for food. My food should have been done. I had to of course demand my refund. I work in the service industry and know damn well it don't take an hour to make a 4 piece chicken meal. Went to the Royal Farms in Camps Springs and ordered the same meal. I was in and out all within 10 minutes.

I came here today and the staff are young, immature, and behave unprofessionally when asked for help. I was overcharged for jacklinks!

Ordered a 8 piece took way to long if you guys know it’s busy on weekends my recommendation is to take staffing more seriously I go to a lot a royal farms and never ever have this issue waiting almost 30-35 mins for food is disappointing I don’t blame the employees that served my food I blame the management for not being on top of this 'cause any other royal farms i go to i never ever have this issue

Terrible terrible staff they don't even clean up I saw something on the wall near the chicken I can't believe I also saw a dog come in and just pee on the floor next the person who works there doesn't know how to do there job right and made the chicken too spice

Overall everything was pretty good at this location. We stopped in late after a Luke Combs concert at FedEx field. They had half of the store closed due to cleaning and then the drink fridges were almost completely out. Like they haven't been stocked in days. I was able to find my Rockstar Recoverys though, so yippee! We also got some chicken for a night stack. When we got back to our Airbnb, we saw that the cooks hooked us up! Our boxes were stuffed with potatoe wedges and they gave me an extra wing. $8 3 piece special going on is a good deal. RF Chicken at 1am, is the shiznit!

The workers in there are warm and comfy, and pleasant to talk too and very friendly and helpful. I don't have any problems ? with them other ppl who are rude and no home training may say different.

Excellent experience. The staff is always friendly, kind, welcoming, and very helpful.
Plus, their chicken is second-to-none. They have excellent chicken products. Make sure you try their chicken salad (any kind), too. Their entire menu is great!
Plus, their coffee is always fresh and never burnt.

Terrible place. The few employees that are working make it painfully obvious that they would rather be anywhere other than there.
I was heckled for gas money multiple times while just trying to pump fuel. Then again for food, while walking inside.
It's gas station food, so I wouldn't hold to a high standard, but Sheetz and Speedway are heaps better quality, and they usually don't make you feel like an inconvenience for daring to order something.
