08/02/2025- I visited this Ross location for the second time hoping to find and purchase some slacks. All gone. WOW! I should’ve known the stock(merchandise) would be low! The clearance rack had a few pieces that were torn. With the increase in cultures(population), it’s probably going to be super hard to keep the store fully stocked with products. Everyone is spending money, some how, no matter what! I don’t like to wait in the one long line until some clerk calls, “ next customer in line”.

I was looking to purchase a cotton top & lite material capris. I don't like standing 15- 20 minutes in the checkout lines then wait longer because there was only 1 cash register while 3 registers were for credit cards.

Vernon, the manager had superior customer service!! He went above and beyond to help with my request and my questions. He is professional and thorough in his customer service. The store was neat. Employees were nice. Thank you for all of your help!

By far one of the worst Ross's in the area. On any given day, the store looks decent, but it is understaffed on average. Considering the area, I'm never surprised by the lack of professionalism from managed/employees. I've witness employees drinking beverages on the floor in front customers or even just standing around chatting while the line grows. The store needs to reevaluate its standards.

The store is always messy , the securities always being loud and talking back to people, nobody wants to help the line , this store is ridiculous standing in line listening to these dummies talking smack about each other. Don't shop here!
