Vernon, the manager had superior customer service!! He went above and beyond to help with my request and my questions. He is professional and thorough in his customer service. The store was neat. Employees were nice. Thank you for all of your help!

By far one of the worst Ross's in the area. On any given day, the store looks decent, but it is understaffed on average. Considering the area, I'm never surprised by the lack of professionalism from managed/employees. I've witness employees drinking beverages on the floor in front customers or even just standing around chatting while the line grows. The store needs to reevaluate its standards.

The store is always messy , the securities always being loud and talking back to people, nobody wants to help the line , this store is ridiculous standing in line listening to these dummies talking smack about each other. Don't shop here!

Sorry excuse for a store. Let’s start by I felt as if I had a personal shopper the way loss prevention trailed me from aisle to aisle like legit I’m browsing the bath towel section taking my time perusing. I have vision issues so It takes me a while to make things out. I guess my prolonged staring and holding products while being of color made the loss prevention people feel like I needed to be watched closely. From there I left my cart full of items one aisle over while I was looking for something else, when I came back to where I left my cart it was gone!! I turn around to se the SAME LOSS PREVENTION PERSON STEERING MY CART. I call out excuse me what are you doing with my cart and he go uhhh I just saw it unattended so I started to put the items back I was not gone any more than 25secs away from the cart make it make sense. I really should’ve just went to the Clinton or Waldorf location never!!!!!!

Emptier than a broke person's pockets; Something would have to give. There are more shelves with nothing on it than there could ever be as many people shopping at once.
