I went here to see if I could return some items that I bought online. The older lady who works here told me that I couldn't return them since I bought them online because they don't sell the same exact items in the store. Okay, I get that. I understand that too much time had passed despite the fact the clothes were still in their original plastics. She then tells me that I could return to them with a receipt. I'm thinking, she just told me that I could not return them because they don't sell them in that store. Then I pulled up my order on my phone. She tells me that I can't use my order information and that it has to be a physical receipt. Well, I told her that I don't have a physical receipt and I showed her what I had. We also told her that that I probably received just a packing slip, which is common, since my receipt is electronic and in my email. She was telling me mixed information which was quite frustrating. I didn't have the time to go home and print my order and bring it back since this store is very out of the way. If I go here again and have any questions then I will definitely deal with someone else.
