Arrived a few minutes late but the young lady with the beautiful blond Locks was so gracious. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Great Customer Service!

My first time in this laboratory and it is a disappointment. The employees are bitter and foul-mouthed. They treated my husband poorly. I will not return to that place.

slow and inconsiderate. will have you waiting instead of notifying that they won't be able to see you in a reasonable amount of time. have time to laugh and talk, but not perform their job in a timely and efficient manner.

Avoid this location if you can't wait a few hours. So slooow here. There is only 1 person drawing blood but others in the back. Worst Quest ever. I'm probably wasting my time writing this because nobody really cares here.

Made an appointment to be told upon arrival, that service is not available after 3:00pm. Made a second appointment and upon arrival was told, their systems were down. I recommend calling the center before taking a trip.

I was given orders for this place and on the paperwork it didn’t say it was in Safeway. I almost peed on myself because I was coming to give urn. Had to run to a store close by to pee!

Just attitude all the way around like nobody got time for that !! Made me make a appointment just to not honor the appointment time !!! Like I personally don’t shop around where I live because I know woman like this with attitudes work at places like this an I rather take my time an energy an business some where else .. they giving quest a bad name !! My mother work for quest going on 20 years an I’ve never seen anything like this .. if they don’t want to work then stay home !!
